Really appreciated that they showed up on time. They did great work and took time to explain to me how to care for my palm tree after planting. Also took care of unforeseen problem that I had on my property. I will definitely be using them again.

What can I say, I got lucky when I found these guys on Google. Rodney and his crew were extremely professional, knowledgeable, on time,neat, courteous and just a pleasure to work with. Not only did he help me with my tree removal and planting but he knew of all the various codes rules and regulations of the area. Also an expert in different type of trees. He informed me of the different types of wildlife that would be attracted to each tree species time of year bloom, soil conditions, sun exposure etc. Not only that but it's nice to deal with good people who really care about the quality of their work. I’d highly recommend the Chase Tree Removal Service for any home or business owner out there. He gave me the most reasonable quote for services by far and was extremely professional. I also liked that he sent me pictures of the work being done and kept me up to date as to how the job was progressing.

Awful customer service, set appointment days in advance for a simple tree removal. On the day of the scheduled appointment after 3 calls (and several hours of waiting) to confirm the arrival time I finally get a call from a technician telling me they would have to reschedule for the next day. Against my better judgment I gave them the benefit of the doubt to only get the same treatment the following day. No way to run a business, if you can’t do a job or don’t have the man power it’s better to just be upfront and say you can’t accommodate me. I could have called someone else in the meantime that could do the job instead of wasting 2 days of my life waiting for someone that was never showing up to begin with.

Monday my family and I moved into a house in Coral Springs. Upon moving in we had a larger deceased tree in our backyard that had to be removed. Sergey came to our home and removed the tree and stump at an super affordable price with a permit he acquired from the city! His workers were super professional and polite! When Sergey came to pick up payment we were so thrilled with his work we had him trim the remaining trees around the property and mulch our entire garden! Will definitely be using them again!

I hired this company to trim branches from a neighbors tree that was hanging over my property line making a mess with thousands of leaving falling in my yard daily. They did not complete the job after getting $500 from me. I called and left more then 10 voicemails. FINALLY the owner Sergey called me and promised me someone would come back to finish the job. It would have taken them an extra 10 minutes. That was several months ago! VERY POOR Customer Service! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They do not finish their work they promised!

We hired Green Planet Corp to do a challenging project in our back yard! We called several companies but no luck, either we received a skyrocketed price or companies didn’t want to do it at all. Green Planet spent 2 days removing a large tree! They had all the equipment, crane, cherry picker and chippers. We are very happy with their service! If anyone is looking for a professional company, this is definitely the one!

This is an awesome service. I met with the owner on a Monday, and by Wednesday the work was done. The project was extensive and involved the removal of a medium sized oak tree and the trimming of two massive oaks and a large Japanese Yaupon. The workmen were enormously diligent and took care of everything. They were equipt with a wood chipper so there was no extra charge for the removal of debris. The price was excellent and I could not be more pleased.
