Karen was so kind and helpful. She helped me get back power after the storm when others weren't so kind. I can't say enough about how patient she was with me and explained things to me as I don't know much at all about electricity. My power line from the house pole to the road came loose and was hanging dangerously close to the ground. I contacted Joe Morgan Electrical and they came right away. They assessed the situation and what it would take to make the necessary repairs. A storm came up and they said they would be back in the morning to make repairs. True to their word they returned bright and early, made the repairs to the pole and called Talquin to come and do the line work. They put my mind at ease as they were very professional, polite, and went straight to work. I didn't have to do anything but be grateful. I will certainly be calling them again and any time I need electrical work. Thank you to all at Joseph E. Morgan Electrical team.
