Karen was so kind and helpful. She helped me get back power after the storm when others weren't so kind. I can't say enough about how patient she was with me and explained things to me as I don't know much at all about electricity. She saved the expense of a trip charge and got me up and running so I could get back to work. 5 stars isn't enough. They will be the first company I reach out to should I need ANY work done.

My power line from the house pole to the road came loose and was hanging dangerously close to the ground. I contacted Joe Morgan Electrical and they came right away. They assessed the situation and what it would take to make the necessary repairs. A storm came up and they said they would be back in the morning to make repairs. True to their word they returned bright and early, made the repairs to the pole and called Talquin to come and do the line work. They put my mind at ease as they were very professional, polite, and went straight to work. I didn't have to do anything but be grateful. I will certainly be calling them again and any time I need electrical work. Thank you to all at Joseph E. Morgan Electrical team.

My landlord hired them to do some electrical updates on the commercial building and they were really great! Great communication and great guys who came out. Called ahead to make sure we’d know they were coming and were on time, every time. Fast and efficient and professional. I had used this company before and liked the service I received. I’ve tried calling 3 times since, leaving voicemails and all, it’s been weeks since the first call and several days since the previous 2. Not very professional. Will find someone else. Would recommend calling someone else if you hope to get a phone call back.

First of all i want to say the Secretary in this office is a rude person she made me feel like she diddnt care about my needs and continued to tell me they were booked instead of trying to figure out a good time to install my. Gate she is very unprofessional they did not show up at sceduled time to do my estiment and when i called to find out where they were she didn't know she kept telling me how busy the man was like im not a paying customer too the hell with them i called advanced access who helped me get it done in one day and i do understand that there are other paying customers but this unprofessional lady wouldn't even try to give me an appt. All she could say is they were booked .good for him thats what owning a business is all about but i couldn't be booked she is obviously not qualified for this job😊

RUDE! Very disappointed! I scheduled two different appointments for someone to come repair my garage door and he did not show up either time. He did not bother to call to re-schedule which i would have gladly done. I was trying to use a local person in Crawfordville but I am now having someone in Tallahassee to do it. I will not recommend this company nor use them myself in the future.

This is my third time using Revell. And I will call them first again in the future. Professional, quality work. Communication with the office staff is instant and it's a human!!! First electricians I've ever seen that pick up almost every last bit of electrical debris at the end of a job. Yup, they're good.

Jason Revell is top notch, though I've never retained his services I have however seen his work as well as sold to him products when I was working with a supplier he purchases from. He knows his access controls. I'd recommend his services anytime A+

Revell Electric installed the automatic gate at our warehouse. Their work was top notch and the we couldn't find a better price anywhere.

Jason added all of the Ghost Control automation to our gate! Including a post with the keypad and the auto opener when we leave. Really great to work with too!

Mr Revell helped us diagnose and repair an underground wire that had been nicked years ago and finally burned up and disconnected our power supply. He came out checked it out and within a few hours it was completely fixed. I know it was a lot of work but he got it done. He’s professional and knows what he’s doing, we appreciated that.
