I rarely leave a negative review but my last experience with this business was very disappointing. After 6 hours and two people working on my home, far less than half of the house was cleaned (in a 4 bdrm, 2.5 bath house that’s not very big) and a sub standard job on the rooms that were said to have been cleaned (which only included one bedroom, a living room and 2 bathrooms). Of the rooms that had been worked on, they were not dusted and baseboards were still dirty, as I was told these were all part of a deep cleaning service. Basically, nothing looked any cleaner than before-this was not a professional job. I was told they would need to finish the job the following day, at which point I expressed my concerns to the owner. She gave a quick apology, but did nothing to address the issues and urged me to make a prompt payment of $420 for the poor services provided. I felt cheated and will not hire them again.

This is the second home that Lighthouse lady cleaning has taken care of for me. All the staff very professional and extremely thorough. Couldn't ask for a better group of people. They have helped me in many situations and I truly appreciate it. Great company you will be happy with the results.

Lighthouse lady cleaning do an amazing job! If you have anything outside of their routine cleaning they are fast to respond with the fair price. Their employees are super professional and our agency looks amazing. During covid they did extra cleanings per week so we could maintain a healthy environment and they followed all CDC guidance.

The house sparkles each time the Lighthouse Lady Cleaning crew comes to my home. Even my husband likes the service we are provided with! I can't tell enough people how pleased I am with the results. I am truly impressed with the work you do and appreciate the personal touches. After your crew leaves, our home is clean and fresh. Being two working professionals, keeping our home clean can be a task but we no longer have to worry about that with Lighthouse Lady Cleaning :)

I LOVE Lighthouse Lady Cleaning Services. I've used them for over 6 years and I hope to use them for many more. I appreciate their work ethics. They ALWAYS go the extra mile in cleaning my home. I'm pretty much a sticker for detail, so I was relieved to find a cleaning service who was so too. I recommend you give them a try. They've never let me down. Not once.

Highly recommend! Did our office and home, which included buildings, concrete driveway, sidewalks, flagstone areas, concrete pavers, stepping stones, wood arbor and pool screen. Showed up when he said he would and did an excellent job.

I highly recommend Chris at Crum's Home Detail for pressure washing. Chris is a professional and a hard worker. The price for his service is very reasonable. He did a fantastic job pressure washing our home!

We are very impressed with our laundry service all our items were returned the next day on time with each perfectly prepared in color coordinated bags by gender and season, they even took the time to place some items on hangers for our convenience thank you for that!
