We have a 2 story white house, live next to a forest with lots of pollen for mold growth and in about 2 years the siding, trim and caulk joints had dark gray or black streaks and bug residue in every corner all the way to the top of the gables. I thought I was going to have to scrub every joint by hand to clean it.

Our neighbors recently had their home cleaned by Jesse and gave us a good recommendation.

Jesse was professional from first contact, quote, schedule, arrival on time, attention to detail, and most importantly - my satisfaction with the results.

Jesse explained that caulking is porous and mold can become embedded in the pores and the cleaning process might not get all of it out, but he would re-clean the dark areas, and that the gutters would be cleaned, but that the oxidation streaks wouldn't come out with his cleaner.

He took precautions to protect the house electrical outlets and door knobs with tape and protected the plants by pre-watering them (to limit absorption of the cleaner) and afterwards rinsed the cleaner off of them as well.

The Soft-Wash process took about 4 hours - we both were amazed that all the porch ceilings, walls, and floors, fascia, soffits, and every caulking joint cleaned up like NEW, and although the gutters were clean and looked much better, some of the oxidation streaks remained. To see the difference look at the before and after photos.

The results from Jesse's cleaning effort was worth every dollar. I recommend you have American Exterior Cleaning and Jesse do the cleaning for you - he's on my list to do it again each year - so it won't get this bad again … and the plants are doing fine.

Jesse Waltz, the owner and operator of American Exterior Cleaning is the most professional and hard working person we've ever hired to do work at our place on Buck Lake Road. His estimate was fair and extensive. Everything he promised was delivered. He blew off the roofs and pressure washed our two houses, totally cleaned our long, white PVC fence and iron gates, and protected our sealed windows and plants with care. Everything looks brand new. We are so pleased that we hired Mr. Waltz!

Jesse and his American Exterior Cleaning service were fast to respond to scheduling a quote, very reasonably priced, punctual on day of service, and did an incredible job! Our white farmhouse style, two story house needed an exterior cleaning. Jesse’s prep and service made our house sparkle like a new paint job! He removed organic matter that was blackening our caulk lines and the concrete surfaces look brand new! We are happy with the results and he was able to complete the work in 1 1/2 days within our needed timeline. We are summer social and graduation party ready! HIGHLY recommend!

Our gutters and siding had started to turn green with algae and pollen and they now look just as they did when we bought our home! He was kind, professional and diligent. He went over everything through a thorough walk through when giving us a quote and when it was finished, made sure we were happy with it!

American Exterior was amazing! Jesse came out to pressure wash one of our company’s large apartment complexes with 10+ buildings. They were also able to complete all of our sidewalks, curbs and breezeways. He was very professional and able to complete the job in record time. The property has never looked better! Would definitely recommend and use them again!

Panhandle Power Cleaners did a great job washing the scum off of our Lanark Village homes. They care about the environment and used a very small amount of bleach and they were very easy to work with and got basic to us right away.
