Excellent work! KC made my yard look huge after taking down a medium size, dying oak. So grateful, no worries during storms now. They finished the work two days before we received 11"+ rain. That could have been it for the tree and caused a lot of damage. I highly recommend KC and the crew of professionals for any tree job big or small!

The tree stood as a two trunk Laurel Oak monster. The larger of the two trunks leaned desperately towards the house. It leaned so much so it threatened the safety of the house and us when we slept in the bedroom beneath the tree when the wind blew strongly.
My husband is pretty handy with a chainsaw, rope, rope puller and pulleys. He has cut many trees - some in excess of 100 feet tall. But he knew this one was beyond his capability and if he dropped it on the house our homeowners insurance would just laugh at us and say “you get to pay for the damages.”
KC’s response to a request for a quote was outstanding. And their communication with regard to arrival time and when the job would be done was excellent. I was totally pleased with the quote and with how the business was represented. It was a price that was a totally mutually beneficial exchange. KC provided written proof of insurance and we did call and verify it was legitimate coverage and that is was in effect.
KC came as they promised. Brought all the necessary equipment to do the job correctly and safely. They were professional and completed the job quickly. It went very well. Tree has been removed. No damage to the house or anything else in the process. Now we can sleep good even when the wind blows.

Kalem gave us the most reasonable quote. KC Tree was not the cheapest, but definitely the most professional. The company is licensed and insured and we confirmed it online and with a phone call to his insurance company. Cheap is not always cheap if there is a problem and the tree company turns out to be uninsured. In the last 21 years of business, we've had over a hundred trees removed. KC Tree is, without a doubt, the best company we've utilized and we take great pleasure in recommending them.

Communication was prompt, friendly, professional. If unable to answer the phone (he might be up a tree!), or a text, he apologized and responded as quickly as he could, usually within hours if not minutes.

His team Joe, Sunshine, DW Hauling et. al were excellent. They cleaned up so well (we took before and after photos), it appeared as if they'd never been there.

The stump grinding guy came the next day (due to inclement weather) and worked quickly, efficiently and professionally.

Kalem and his crew took out 27 trees for us over 2 days. They took care to prevent damage to the yard and structures we had on the property. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They took out 7 large pines and about 15 other trees on the property. Meticulously cleaned and left my yard, better than when they arrived I believe.

Great tree company and crew. They removed four 90 foot pines close to the house. They prepped, cut, removed, and cleaned the area. You can't even tell the trees were ever there. Will definitely use them again.

Called this gentleman yesterday about 4 trees I needed topped and dropped. He was in the area and stopped by. He took a look and gave a very reasonable price. He actually had room in his schedule and came out today and did an amazing job. We spoke often before, during and after the job. During the job he was in one of the trees and asked why we chose him over another, larger company. Well, after speaking to someone you get a sense of their personality and can sense what type of person they are, their character. He was timely, efficient, fair, personable, hard working, safe, cared about the job he was doing and trust worthy. Would I call him again if I needed something done, YES. Would I reccomend him to family and friends, YES. Would I have a beer, on the weekend, and grill some BBQ with him, sure. I only say that to show he left an impression on my family and I and not only does he do a great job and care about the work he's doing, he's friendly and genuine. I have used KC Tree since Kalem was just getting started in the business. Where I am a person who generally does everything myself, since the first big oak he removed in front of my house I have not hesitated to call him for ant tree work I need. I used to clear land and have been around a lot of tree work and I will say it's hard to find the quality of work and care that Kalem and his crew put in to their work. I had him take down three trees a couple of months back and then had lightning strike a tree in my front yard a couple weeks ago. I called him and same day he came by to look at it. Less than a week later the Tree is gone and they left my yard spotless. There is absolutely no reason to shop around when it comes to trees. You need someone you can trust to do it right and protect your home. There is only one call I will ever make and that's to KC Tree.

KC Tree Service did a stupendous job on our property yesterday. Kalem, the owner, is an honest, straightforward and knowledgeable professional. He and his exceptional team went the extra mile to get the job done thoroughly and efficiently and to our complete satisfaction. They even created a "chair" out of a stump from a tree they had just cut down on our request. After the job was completed they asked us on a scale of 1-10 how happy are you? And the answer was a resounding "10!"
