Kalem came the same day that I called about service and during the inspection of the huge pine that I wanted removed, found that the tree cavity was full of wasps. The service was scheduled, I took care of the wasps and in 3 hours everything was down, cleaned up. Excellent customer service !

I had a tree service bail on me, leaving me with a huge mess in my yard and a tree halfway taken down...I messaged Kalem to see if he could help and he sprung into action. Very reasonable pricing and he was able to get the job finished and my yard completely cleaned up in 2 days. KC Tree service took down 11 trees for me today. Three of them were large and less than 12 feet from the house. They were professional, safe and extremely respectful. One of the cut areas had a small lemon tree and they were exceptional about working around it. They thoroughly cleaned the area of leaves and debris. And my quoted price was excellent! I would highly recommend KC Tree to anyone needing tree service.

We had 11 large trees hanging over our daughter's house. KC Tree came out quickly and gave us an estimate. We were happy with the price and impressed with their performance. They were friendly, efficient, hard working and prompt. We highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Kalem and his team did a phenomenal job removing a large tree that was leaning precariously on an outbuilding, as well as, four additional trees on the property. They were on time, hard working and you would never have known they were here except the trees are gone. Would highly recommend.

I had some extensive tree work done with them. I received several quotes. KC was not the lowest price, but definitely gave me more confidence that the two who had lower prices. That was out of 7 quotes I received. They pointed out a problem that two of the certified arborist companies also pointed out. Post-completion cleanup was spot-on as well.

Absolutely the best customer service every. Came out on time for an appointment to give a price on some tree work. It didn't stop there. Kalem took the time to show us some other trees that had the exact same situation going on and could potentially cause damage to our house. We made the determination to take those trees out also. The day of appt even though weather was not looking good, KC Tree came and began the work on our trees. Working right on through the rain all the way until lightning began to pop off. The time spend laying down wood in our yard to keep from having ruts when using the tractor was an absolute amazing idea. When they left Friday afternoon the yard was looking good, but it was not a completed job. One thing we learned about this company is a job not completed doesn't make them happy. They want a completed job and a customer to be absolutely satisfied.

See we had a birthday party scheduled for Saturday and Kalem new we didn't want a mess in the yard when people arrived. So he came out first thing Saturday morning and began working to get this job completed. (This is time he should of been spending with his family) The customer service received from this company was nothing but the BEST! They took the extra time to clean up the yard and make sure it looked like they were never there.
