This is the second time I have used Best for Less tree service. I had them come out and give a quote on one of my trees that was encroaching on my neighbor’s roof. The price Brian quoted to remove the tree was much lower than I expected so I added another tree in my yard that was annoying me to the quote. The quote also included the removal of the two trees.

Best for Less was able to remove both trees quicker than their estimated removal date, which was a great bonus. Yet the most amazing part of their service was how well they removed all evidence of the former trees. Our yard was recently raked of leaves so my wife was a bit worried that we would have to re-rake the yard after the trees were removed. I am happy to say that we don’t have to spend next weekend doing any raking. I don’t know how they did it, but I couldn’t find branch or leaf anywhere near where the trees formerly existed. Amazing work, I highly recommend using Best for Less.

No respect for private property.

Would you say that that’s more or less than 15% of the canopy?

The worker claimed the tree to be dead… I hope you have an arborist because I know it’s not.

According to the workers, of which I have pics of, my neighbor lied to them about in regard to the health of the tree, & of having our permission to remove it (more than 90% on my property w/o exact measurements). I went outside & raised hell when it got to right about where it’s at. There’s a mess all around that tree that should be picked up.

From what I can tell: My neighbor lied to the company, they took the job & started the work without certifying anything.

Arthur and his folks did an outstanding job clearing my lot. Very professional and hard working.

S&R did a great job clearing a .5 acre lot for me. Arthur came out the next day after I called to give me an estimate. They showed up promptly a few days later and did a good job clearing all the fallen trees and brush hogging. Recommended.

Arthur and his crew did a great job removing 5 oaks for us. Some of the trees were in difficult locations, and everything was completed without a problem. We will definitely be using and recommending their services in the future.

Arthur and his crew did did a fantastic job dropping a big water oak, cleaning up debris and grinding the stump. If not for the sawdust from the grind you wouldn’t know there was a tree dropped.
Very professional and courteous during the whole process….the rain didn’t slow them down a bit. Will be using S&R again in the future.

I had a friend recommend Hometown Tree Service. I have a huge Oak tree right beside my house. I spoke to Kenny and he send him some pictures for an idea of what needed to be done. To save me some money he offered to do the work when he had another job in my area. He kept in contact keeping me informed for a time frame to come do the job. Kenny and his crew came out on 3/15/26. They did a fantastic job, they worked together really well. I actually didn’t need as much limb removal as I thought but while they were there they cleaned up all the limbs over my house, took another large tree down, hauled all the debris off. They blew my roof and porches off. Even raked up the little sticks so the area looked wonderful. I had them look at a couple of other trees that lean over my outside storage buildings. They are coming back out in a few weeks, due to size and where they are located they have to bring a crane to remove these trees. I highly recommend Hometown Tree Service for any tree work big or small. This is a great group! No job too big or small.

When you invite someone into your home to provide service, you don't always know what you will be getting in return from the people who come to provide that service. Will they have the following values of: character, responsibility, professionalism, integrity and trustworthiness. When I met Kenny initially and then Darin later from Hometown Tree Service, I explained to them exactly what I wanted done to my property. Not only did they do what I asked so efficiently, their cleanup was exceptionally immaculate. They have all the traits I mentioned above in addition to being friendly, respectful, honest and hardworking men. It is good to know that some people still follow the golden rule of "treating other people the way you yourself would like to be treated." I wholeheartedly recommend Hometown Tree Service to all my friends, neighbors and future neighbors for service at your home.

I can't recommend Hometown Tree Service enough! They were friendly, punctual and they offered a very affordable rate compared to other quotes i received. What really blew me away was the cleanup. My yard was actually cleaner when they left than before they started. They stayed in constant communication throught the entire process. 5 stars all the way!! Will absolutely use them again in the future.

All I can say is Thank You God for such a wonderful crew, they are safe, reliable, and friendly, the tree that was removed today was close to my daughters room we have worried for years about Storms and that tree coming down on that side of our home but God has kept us, this years we started to see decay so with pray over our small budget we made that decision life is important, they even saved us some firer wood for our fireplace I Thank God for you Hometown Tree Service!!!! I Pray God's continual safety over you and your crew!!

I contacted Hometown Tree Service on Monday, they came out and quoted the project on Tuesday, and had the project (2 large pines removed and multiple large limbs removed on 3 Oaks) completed Saturday afternoon. From start to finish they were top notch. You won’t be let down if you use Hometown!!
