Our service rep, Dylan, did a great job. He arrived on time, was very attentive to our issues, and very helpful in his diagnosis of our problem. In addition, he put together several options for us to consider as we make the determination to replace our A/C system.

Phillip was very personable had a pretty good idea of my problem and waisted no time resolving it. I would recommend Bay Area A/C to anyone with a problem. They were quick to respond and had Phillip out within an hour of my call.

Thank you to Bay Area Air Conditioning, and especially Daniel for their help yesterday. My husband has an auto immune disease that is exacerbated by heat, humidity and stress. We also have a large dog Yesterday evening (on a Sunday, of course) it was starting to get awfully hot in the house and we discovered our AC was not working. I reached out to our AC company and was told they don’t have emergency people on the weekends they will call me sometime on Monday to set up an appointment. I then called another company recommended by a neighbor. They said their tech would call me. And he did within 5 minutes and said he’d be here in about a half hour. Next thing I get a call from his dispatcher telling me how they are so sorry but he won’t be coming out tonight because he is at another customer’s home and doesn’t know how long it is going to take. I said wait a minute… he just called me and said he’d be here. Well he won’t but someone will call you in the morning. That’s when I reached out to Bay Area. The person I spoke to was polite, friendly, helpful and set us up to get a call from their emergency technician that was on call (what a concept!). Within a few minutes I received a call from Daniel, who was just as polite and helpful. He was a bit away so thought he’d be here in 30 to 45 minutes. Daniel arrived in 30 minutes diagnosed and fixed the problem within a half hour. Stayed to make sure all was working and then left. I can’t say enough good about this polite, intelligent young man. I would not hesitate to call again. Within an hour and a half it actually started to feel very cool in here. Mind you it was dark out on a Sunday night, but the temperature outside was still 84 with a heat index of 97 so you can imagine how disgustingly hot it was in the house. Thank you Bay Area and Daniel. You have a new customer! 🥰

Steve Fitzgerald is an exceptional HVAC service representative with Bay Area Air Conditioning and has been servicing my unit for the last 6 years with my annual service contract. I always ask for him to come by name. Always punctual, polite and efficient and could not be more pleased.

was quoted $450.00 for new condencer fan motor. then seconds later the price was $650.00. im a repeat customer so i went with it. All in all a new motor plus capacitor was $818.00 installed. seemed about at least a couple hundred too high. The bill was not itemized to show the price of parts vs labor and service call. then later on in the night i noticed my fan blade was hitting something slightly and i had to adjust it myself for clearance......
