Not impressed. The two ladies they sent out were friendly enough, however, when I booked the appointment I explained to the representative that I needed a heavy cleaning on my master bath, and that I also need all of the floors on the lower level of my home cleaned and mopped. I paid 545 for 4 and a half hours, two of which were spent in the master bath. Mirrors were left half cleaned, the shower still had hard water scale on the glass. I also found that quite a few personal items in the bathroom were cavalierly tossed into the trash without a word. The cleaning ladies ended up asking me for cleaning supplies and trash bags, which they decided to keep the entire roll! They also apparently found and used my 4 inch putty knife and absconded with it as well as the bags. They did mop floors in the bathroom, powder room, foyer and kitchen, but left the living room and the office untouched. Spoke several times by phone with a supervisor, who basically offered me excuses, told me that I neglected my home and that is why they couldn't get the mirrors and shower clean, and that "there was no more time left" to finish my floors. Powder room vanity top was left untouched. They even threw away my bottle of hand soap! They decided to place the trash in my gardening can instead of the garbage can. Thank God I found it because, low and behold, there were all my personal items from the master bath, which I had to spend an hour and a half retrieving and cleaning! No. I will not be using these folks again, and wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Typical Miami scam. What a shame.

I have found the Molly Maids agency to be professional and thorough with their services. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

I've been using molly maid for the past few months. I have chosen to give them 1 star because of the maids lack of care for ones property. In the last visit to my house, during their cleaning, a shower door was cracked and a complaint was filed. The company and/or its franchisee is refusing to repair the glass because it was not cracked in a certain way or matter(whatever that means). As of now, we will have to come out of pocket for the repairs. Here is a tip for anyone who hires these people. Keep an eye on their work constantly, at first the cleanings were done right, after a few weeks the quality starts to deteriorate. Unfortunately, I should have fired them before, but due to my busy schedule I didn't in time. Due to the company's refusal to do the repairs, I have no choice but to take them to small claims Court.

Horrible service. After explaining in detail over the phone prior to arrival, the maids showed up.
I helped them bring their supplies in and not even 5 minutes later they dissappear without even saying a word, nothing, just walked out and left. I ran out to find them and they promised another team would show up.
Only after did I have to call them for them to say they won't do the job at all.
Horrible service. Horrible company. Dont use.
So many other better companies with better customer service. To leave without even saying anything amd after creating more of a mess as they had started.

They are a great service. They are quick but also detailed. I have a full wall glass shower and it is always left spotless. All the ladies seem to be around 5.0 - 5.2 tall. I don't know how they get up to the top of the 7.0 tall glass shower wall but they do! Love them!

Molly Maid scratched our hardwood floors and charged 25% more by “accident”. They dragged a ceramic potted plant across the floor leaving deep cuts and a ton of top layer scratches throughout.
