If you're looking for a house cleaning company, Molly Maid is the one to choose. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting one of their teams, Elizabeth and Cinthia, who worked at a relative's house. They did an excellent job, and I want to highlight their professionalism and great communication throughout the entire process.

I would not recommend Molly Maid of Greater Miami. They charge by the hour and ended up charging me almost double what I had been quoted. I would have been fine with it if the time was legitimate but it wasn’t. For example, before they arrived, I had a pile of clean, folded towels in my bathroom. At some point, I found that they unfolded my towels and were refolding them. Complete waste of time. Additionally, I have little kids who sometimes draw on the walls. They asked me about it and I told them to not worry about that, that it doesn’t bug us and we are planning to paint the inside of the house anyway. 30 minutes later, I found one of the ladies scrubbing the walls to get rid of the drawings when I specifically said no. In sum, of course they spent more time than we anticipated, they did things I specifically told them not to.

Yesterday was my first experience with Molly Maid service - scheduled a deep cleaning - residencial Team (of 3) arrived on time and did a fantastic time. I am very very satisfied with this first deep cleaning. Team was very thorough and detailed - base-boards, doors, windowsill, kitchen cabinets, inside the oven and microwave … and the bathrooms - amazing! In addition, the team as well as the representantes were very professional and responsive. Decided to engage their services on a monthly basis. Highly recommended - will not disappoint!.

Adrianna's people Elisa and Sara do superb cleaning job every time they come to my home. They are polite, considerate and clean my home like it is their home.

So good I'm not even kidding. Highly professional. 10/10 If you can spare the luxury, They're are genuinely very good. Very trustworthy and OMG THEY DO NOT PLAY. You cannot beat people you can trust. Their staff members were so respectful and kind to my home, while using the best toxin free disinfecting products. I have three small children in my home and this is the most important point I made to Chabely and her team. Oh please don’t trust these people. They originally no-showed us after making a scheduling mistake for a holiday deep cleaning. After reaching out to them, they said they are not perfect and left it at that. I left a bad review, they promptly rescheduled and offered a discount, so I rebooked for the next day as I felt maybe I was being too misunderstanding of the situation and the discount seemed fair to me for the inconvenience. And I first, I was grateful to give them the second chance, as the actual cleaning itself was phenomenal and well worth the wait and inconvenience… at first. Then, instead of discounting they actually charged me more. They said it would range from $260-$357 for 3-4 hours. They took under three hours (12:45-3:30) which made sense because I had it last cleaned six weeks ago. They ended up charging my card more without any warning. The office was very rude, you will see that they left a comment below, but it’s not genuine as on the phone they were not this way. Seeing how they treated me, then turn around and write the comment below, horrifying, I feel SO BAD for the cleaning staff as I imagine they treat them even worse, please spend your money elsewhere.

Jacqueline & Elizabeth were excellent. They went above and beyond getting my house cleaned. I don’t think my home has ever been this sparkling! I highly recommend this team.

My house was a mess and luckily i came upon Molly Maid. They are really top notch. When i say spotless i mean spotless. They are very detailed with what they do and i was really happybwith how cleaned my home looked. Is not like I don’t clean my home but it definitely needed a deep cleaning. The office staff is wonderful with great communication and willingness to work with my schedule. The onsite team are careful and courteous and do an amazing job with the house. I started using Molly Maid in October when I was 8 months pregnant, and I truly don’t know how I would have managed without them — especially now through postpartum. They have been such a blessing during this season of life.

The first deep clean can feel a little pricey, but it is absolutely worth it. After that, doing a monthly service (if you’re able to swing it) is completely worth the investment. They are incredibly thorough, always on time, and consistently do a great job. My home feels fresh and reset every single time.

One thing I especially appreciate is their communication. As a teacher, I’m not always able to answer phone calls during the day, so having the option to text and respond when I’m able is a huge plus. They’re flexible, responsive, and professional every time.

If you’re in a busy season of life — pregnancy, postpartum, or just juggling work and family — I highly recommend Molly Maid. They’ve made such a difference for me.

Great experience. The owner is extremely knowledgeable — not just about landscaping and plants, but the full project from start to finish. They think through everything and treat the job like it’s their own.
No flashy sales process, just solid execution and a great final result. If you want someone who actually knows what they’re doing and delivers, this is the company to hire.

The team was punctual and arrived to do a trimming service that was scheduled. Very pleased with the results.

Not sure whats going on here. After sending an email, a text, and leaving a voicemail I never got a reply. I then tried to call one more time on a Friday morning and got an answer. Gentleman said he would be by before 330 pm that day, if not he would be working on the following Saturday and would come by and provide me with a quote. Both Friday and Saturday came and went with no appearance or even a courtesy call or text. Monday I leave another message and send a text asking if he was still interested with no reply.
Finally on Tuesday I get a reply simply stating "NO." No regard to not showing up or calling, just simply "NO."
This is my only experience with this company, and it will obviously stay that way. I would certainly suggest checking with another more motivated and/or professional landscaper.
