5 Stars!! I'm delighted to review Infinity Rug Care. They were extremely professional, reliable, accommodating, and went above and beyond. My very large Persian rug looks brand new!! The colors are vibrant again, the odor eliminated, and the fringes repaired beautifully. The people who picked it up and delivered it, were respectful (removed their shoes) and professional.

We used Infinity Rug Care and they did a remarkable job on three area rugs. We chose them because of the 10 step cleaning process and the excellent reviews. Our rugs look brand new and they have transformed the rooms they are in. We had no idea, the rugs had so much dirt on them. Previously, we have used rug cleaners who came to our house and cleaned the rugs, but Infinity Rug Care far exceeded any other company we have used previously. Our rugs look, smell, and feel new. They also made custom rug mats for the rugs and they have made the rugs feel even more cushioned. We will definitely use them again and we highly recommend Infinity Rug Care.

I purchased a very nice rug quite some time ago and have never had it cleaned. I've only vacuumed it. Well my vacuum broke a while ago and I never replaced it. I guess I didn't notice how dirty my nice rug was until my cleaning person mentioned it to me. In my defense I have very bad vision! LOL. Anyway........ Infinity came out, inspected the rug, gave me a very fair quote. They took the rug and promised to return it looking like new in about 7 days. I just got the rug back today (about 3 days earlier than promised) and it looks INCREDIBLE! Seriously...... looks like a brand new rug! I am so very happy. The guys and the owner were so kind and professional! Look no further if you have carpet or rug that needs cleaning. 5 STARS!!!!!! Thank you Infinity!

Great service! Ron and his team are wonderful. I have had my large silk/ wool area rug cleaned twice now along with a wool 5x7. The fringe was also repaired on both rugs. They came back looking great! Start to finish they are all very professional and timely.There is no need to ever call another company!

We’ve been wanting to clean our rugs for a while. Found this company online and and couldn’t be happier with the results! They were so easy to work with and our rugs ended up looking way better than we expected! It’s like we bought brand new rugs: the colors are brighter, the rugs feel ‘fuller’ and now we can notice the fringes (they were so dull and grey). Excellent pick up, delivery and installation! Very happy with the entire process, great people. We are on a high rise in Brickell so they are condo friendly/know how to work with associations.

This is the second time they have cleaned some of my rugs and they do an outstanding job. Always professional, courteous, and salt of the earth people. The rug they just cleaned was from the 1970’s, and I doubt it had ever been professionally cleaned. They were able to remove all of pet urine stains as well as a couple of other unknown stains. Thank you for bringing my rug back to life again!

I had 4 rugs cleaned and one of those was in need of repair. They did an awesome job on the repair which was tricky because they had to reconstruct a corner and whole length of one side. They were very responsive when I originally called and delivered the rugs back when promised. I would highly recommend this company!!

I can't say enough about this company. Super respectful and courteous to work with. Their technicians are very professional and do a great job. We had several area rugs cleaned and one large area rug steam cleaned. Farrokh picked up the areas rugs and delivered and reinstalled. Extremely neat and paid attention to detail. The guys taped where the corners of the rug were to place back in the exact location. They also took photos of the furniture on the rugs to place back in the exact location. Best rug care company in Fort Lauderdale.

My carpet is a wool 8x10 area rug that had a few stains. I watched the video on the process of "hand washing." Alot more thorough than just steam cleaning. My rug looks brand new. I don't even want to step on it.. LOL. Best price around. Very happy with results. Highly recommend this business. Thank you.

This company is very good. The rugs were picked up at the scheduled time. I had them replace the fringes and it looks amazing!. The rugs came back looking like new. I recommend them to anyone who wants professionals handling and cleaning there expensive rugs!!

I was prepared to discard our area rugs after our dear dog passed away. Instead, 6 rugs of differing sizes were picked up from my home. Very grateful to the owner for negotiating a very fair price and suggesting that they repair the backing on one wool rug and replace the fringe on another. The whole process was explained with the help of videos. Great personal service. Highly recommend.
