Was selling my house and needed the tile and grout cleaned as soon as I could. Called a couple of places, then I e-mailed Ken at Grout Smith and got a phone call right a way to set up an appointment the next day. He came on time and gave me a fair price and could do the job right away. He came the morning of the job with Lisa and Matt, two of the nicest, best workers I have encountered in my 47 yr career in management...Got the job done in 6 hours, excellent and I sold the house the next day, everyone who saw it thought I had put in a new tile floor...USE THEM....

Ken Walker and his team at The Groutsmith did an amazing job cleaning our ceramic tiles and grout. They painted and sealed the grout which made it look like new. Everyone was happy to please and they took pride in their work. Overall a very positive experience and we would use them in a heartbeat.

I scheduled an appointment with Ken Walker and he was very punctual and professional with giving me an estimate to clean my tile and grout. All this time....I have been cleaning my tile the wrong way...who knew...Ken Walker knew. Anyway - appointment was made and the crew was at my house at the appointed time along with Ken. He introduced me to Lisa and Javier.....who were also very professional in their work ethics and the task at hand. They worked with the utmost care in regards to my tile and were there to answer any questions or concerns I had....which was refreshing.

My husband was very skeptical about changing the grout color to the tile....but he is not now. It makes the rooms look so much bigger and cleaner. No longer focusing on individual tiles...but a complete floor that is absolutely BEAUTIFUL......

I would and will recommend this company - Groutsmiths to all my friends and neighbors. It was a pleasure to see such professionalism with all involved with a "great" cleaning of my tile.

This was an absolutely perfect experience! From the first appointment where Ken identified what he could do for the floors and shower pan, to the terrific work done by Lisa and Matt, The Groutsmith proved to be the absolute best company! As a 20+ year resident of South Florida, I've become skeptical of many local pros - They all make wonderful claims, but few can back it up. Groutsmith has mastered the "under-promise and over-deliver" style, at a very reasonable cost. Trust me, if you're half as happy with their work as I am, you'll still be wowed. My floors look better than new.

I almost went with a “big company” to clean and restore the grout in my condo. I’m SO glad I didn’t and contacted Groutsmith. I used the form on their website and was contacted the next day and Ken, the owner, came out the next day to explain the process and provide an estimate. I had my entire 1300 sqft condo done and they completed the work in 5 hours! IT LOOKS AMAZING!!! I have white marbled tile and the white grout was almost black in places. The floor looks completely brand new. All the grout lines are a pristine white now! Kudos to Lisa and Matt who did the work! Thank you!!

This was one of the BEST contractor experiences we've ever had with work done at our home. Ken was so knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with (one of those people you just KNOW right away you can trust). The team that did the work...Lisa, Richard, Matt and Robert...were amazing. They arrived at the set time, got to work right away and worked EVERY minute they were here. They cleaned and sealed the grout for over 1300 sq. ft. in under 6 hours...AND moved all the furniture and moved it back in place. We had this job done about 20 years ago, when we had considerably less tile. The price was almost as much, and the job the workers did was NOT good, so we were very pleased to find Groutsmith and get such good results.

I used GroutSmith several years ago (at least 7) and my tile floors still looked great but it was time. No fuss no hassle, Ken came by gave me an estimate and we scheduled the work the next day. Lisa and Matt arrived on time, got to work and finished the job. My floors looks like new!!! I highly recommend GroutSmith.

We used Grout Smith to restore the grout in my whole house which we forgot was cream color at one time. Their reviews were awesome so we decided to take a chance. Glad we did, as Grout Smith did not disappoint!! From the first visit with Ken (the owner) who took lots of time explaining everything, doing a small demonstration and not being pushy.... to his wonderful workers who arrived promptly and moved EVERYTHING and put everything back, we couldn't be more happy with the outcome. This is our second time using Ken and his crew of Groutsmith of South Florida. Once again, the job was perfect. This house that we are moving into had very dirty grout and the whole floor looked terrible. Lisa and Matt just finished the job of bringing this floor back to life. I was referred to Groutsmith by my handyman, and could not be happier. Ken the owner came out two days after I called him, was thorough, courteous and gave me a quote on the spot. Called him the next day and scheduled the work, which was a two day job. Matt and Lisa arrived early, were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I showed them my areas of concern, they were extremely attentive to these. They told me exactly what my expectations could be for that day, and the next. They were right on target, and very communicative with me on how to care for the refinished floors going forward. I would highly recommend this company, although the budget was more than I wanted to spend initially, you get what you pay for and I have no regrets as I stand here on my like new floors admiring them.

I had my 20 year old floors cleaned by hand and had my grout sealed. Lisa and Matt arrived at exactly the time specified. They made my old dirty tile floor, look like new!!!! My visitors asked me when I had my new floors installed!!! When I told them about Grout Smith of South Fla., they wanted to contact them. I couldn't believe that I didn't have to replace my floors. Ken, the owner will come out to give you a demonstration and a free estimate. Who does that these days? I highly recommend this company to anyone who may be skeptical, like myself, to try this company before having your tiles cleaned by any other company.

This is the second time we used the Groutsmith and had the same excellent experience as the first. Ken, the owner, came at the time he promised to look at the job and give us an estimate and was able send a crew out the next day to do the work. Different house, different job and same quality work. We had grout falling out of the seams in our shower stall and mold along the floors and they repaired and cleaned the whole shower stall. I wish I had taken a before picture but you can see the great work from the after picture!

Our first appointment was with Ken. He explained everything very well and made us feel very comfortable about the work that was going to be done. He helped us choose the correct color to go with our tile, and then when the job was complete he called as a follow-up to make sure everything went well.
