We used Groutsmith a year ago to do our new tile floors, and they still look exactly like they did a year ago. They did such a great job that they were the only ones we called when we decided to do the tile in our bathtub. The grout was originally a tad too dark on large format tile (which is supposed to look seamless) and now the FINALLY look better after Groutsmith cleaned and sealed them with a matching color. Both times we had work done, Ken's crew has been outstanding. So nice and seems to value a good job. You won't be disappointed!

Last week we had Ken Walker, owner, out to check our bathroom. His explanation of needed to be done in the shower, and the difference it would make aesthetically and how easy it would be to clean going forward, we had him do the tile in two more rooms. His team, Lisa and Matt, were great. They are very professional and worked well together. We are happy we went with The Groutsmith over the competition and highly recommend their work.

Lisa and Matt cleaned ,dyed and sealed our grout in two bedrooms and bathrooms and one hallway after we had an initial meeting with Ken, the owner who gave us a demonstration. We are super happy with the result, the professionalism of the whole team, the care , joy and love they put in their work. I definitely recommend the services of The Groutsmith.

Groutsmith was highly recommended to me to clean my tiles and seal the grout. They did not disappoint. My first appointment was with the owner Ken Walker. He gave me detailed information about the process and what to expect. My second appointment was for the cleaning and sealing. The Lisa and Matt team showed up at my house promptly and began the process. The time took a little longer than expected, but it was well worth it. Lisa and Matt were kind, polite, efficient, diligent, hard working individuals. Their work was excellent. My floors have never looked better. In summary, this is a conscience, efficient, and timely company. They show up on time, do the job they tell you they will do, and have excellent customer service. I will highly recommend them to anyone going forward. I am so happy I chose to work with this company.

I’m thrilled with the end result. Ken scheduled an estimate quickly and tried different colors of sealant on my tile so I could be confident in the choice. Lisa and Matt went above and beyond in doing excellent work on the day the job was scheduled. Top notch customer service. Everyone was responsive in explaining the process and answering my questions. The tile looks like it was replaced instead of just cleaned and resealed. Definitely recommend The Groutsmith.

We recently did a full home renovation with many different contractors in our home. Ken and his team were among the few teams we had that were extremely professional, kind, accommodating, and above all did a tremendously meticulous job. They turned our whole house of flooring that we hated into something we are completely in love with. They all took the time to educate us on grout and help us properly care for it in the future with their all natural product line. Could not rave about them more!

Ken was very thorough and knowledgeable when he did the estimate of our new condo's bathrooms. I hired them and they did a great job. The floors look like new now.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I consider them friends. My advice: Follow what they tell you to do to keep your grout looking new. I have older tile and wanted to brighten my place in prep to sell. They did an amazing job. The pictures do not truly show the great job.

From start to finish these folks were punctual and efficient and highly professional. Ken came out and told us exactly what could be done with our fading, aged grout, when it could be done, and what the outcome would be. Ken was great he came to my home and gave a demo. My tile is old and the grout was so dirty. His team came in and did a wonderful job they were very friendly and great about moving a few items to make sure they cleaned the entire floor. My grout lines are clean and you cant tell where the grout lines are anymore because they match my tile . My floors look beautiful. From the estimate visit to the completion of the work, Grout Smith did an amazing job! At the estimate, Ken went beyond simply measuring the rooms to quote a price; he explained their cleaning and repairing processes in detail and did a demonstration of the cleaning and color sealer. The day of the job, Alisa and Matt arrived on time, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and truly enjoyed their work. They did an excellent job with the cleaning of my tile work throughout the apartment but also with the repair work that was required in the bathroom shower areas. All of the tile now looks brand new! I highly recommend Grout Smith for cleaning and repairing tile. You won't be disappointed.

I just moved into a new home with dirty stained grout. Ken was an absolute professional and gave me a demonstration of a small area of what it would like, and had me pick the grout color I’d want. The Groutsmith completely changed the look of my house by repairing and sealing my grout! My grout was old and had alot of cracks and missing pieces, and it was very dirty. No matter what I did the grout looked terrible and made the floors look old and dingy. I was trying to sell my house and needed the place looking tip top, so I found the Groutsmith. They came in and in 1 day repaired and sealed all the grout. We used the "Linen" color sealer and it gave the house a bright clean look. Ken the owner called me the next day personally checked it to make sure we were 100% happy with the floor. I would recommend Groutsmith to any body needing to refresh their tile and grout.

We had a home remodel done and our floors were not sealed properly and looked horrendous. We were absolutely miserable. My husband searched everywhere for someone to fix our floors since our contractor left us in the dust. Thankfully he found Groutsmith! The owner came out to see us and do a demonstration. I wasn’t too sure only because of how many others we had been through. Well! I am so freaking happy we went with GroutSmith! Lisa and Matt were just beyond amazing!
