Reviews of local pros in Dania Beach, Florida

I was nervous about doing a remodel because there are a lot of horror stories and about contractors. However, I must say it was a pleasure working with Ross Brothers they are efficient and professional. The project Manager Jason did a decent job coordinating the project and gave honest feedback about what the project would entail. Mario who worked on the project was awesome, he is pleasant, professional, works nonstop and does an excellent work. He was even able to finish the remodel ahead of schedule. We are very happy with the job and will be using Ross Brothers in the future.

Fantastic! Ross Brothers did a great job working on my condominium. I would highly recommend them. I hired Ross Brothers to install new floors, paint, and install new lighting. The work the did was incredible. The attention to detail was superb. They really made sure everything was done perfectly. Every corner and edge was painted well. The project was completed on time and the communication with Ross Brothers was very easy. They were upfront about the costs associated with the project. Again, highly recommend them!! I will hire them again for future projects.

Ross Brothers was great! Having just moved to Miami, I was skeptical and nervous about hiring a contractor to remodel my entire condo. Ross Brothers came out and made some great suggestions and then provided me with a detailed estimate. They weren't the cheapest but they seemed to be the most professional. Now that the work is complete I can say that they more than lived up to everything they promised. They completed the project a week ahead of schedule and the quality of the work is fabulous. Everyone that worked on the project from the painters to the plumber was clean and professional. The support team in the office is also right on top of their game. For a high quality job and hassle free experience, I highly recommend them!

We used Ross Brothers for a major renovation of our home. Flooring, kitchen, moving walls, plumbing, electrical, popcorn ceiling removal etc. They were responsive and professional throughout the entire construction process. Everything they did was as if we were their top customer.

This was over 2 years ago - but I'd recommend them even more now.
Recently we had to replace a ceiling light and realized the paint they used on the ceiling had unexpectedly caused the light trim to stick. In order to replace the light, we had to damage the ceiling. Over 2 years after they completed their work, we called to tell them what was going on and they sent someone over right away to fix the ceiling!

Just wow! This is the type of service that makes me a lifetime customer and I'd recommend them to anyone doing a small or large renovation.

I was referred to Jason from Ross Brothers by a coworker that heard me complaining about the remediation company that my insurance company assigned to me after water damage occurred in my home. She had nothing but great things to say about him. After working with Jason, I wish that I had used Ross Brothers from the beginning of my claim. I used them for just the mold remediation portion and they were absolutely amazing! They were professional, prompt, polite, fairly priced, communicative, organized, and they finished the work in a timely manner. I was also thoroughly impressed with their attention to detail. I highly recommend Ross Brothers for any job that you may have, especially when going through insurance. I would definitely use them again if the need arose.

Everybody associated with Ross Bros has been exceptional... from my contact with Howard Dudley to each of the work groups. We had popcorn removed and replaced with knockdown surface -- completed in two days and painted and totally cleaned up. We had first floor walls painted -- everything completed with beautiful results. I would happily recommend Ross Brothers to all of my friends in need of home improvements.

Thank you all for your excellent work.

Our experience with Ross Brothers was great! We hired them to:
1) Remove wall paper from every wall in the house
2) Remove popcorn ceiling
3) Remove multiple panels of 80's-looking mirror from a large wall
The quality of their works was outstanding! Our walls are so smooth now, you would have never guessed they were covered in really old wall paper just a few weeks ago! Jason C. was a pleasure to work with - he made sure to follow up at every step of the process, which was very important to us. We will definitely work with them again!

We had an excellent experience with Ross Brothers and more specifically with Jason C. In a city where contractors tend to be flaky it was refreshing to work with a company who was punctual, professional, and who delivered a quality product. We had them remove our popcorn ceilings and we could not be happier with the outcome. In fact we were so satisfied that we immediately hired them to paint our walls and will certainly be calling Ross Brothers for any future projects. A+ for workmanship and cost. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Ross Brothers did an excellent job for us! They transformed our mid 90's 3000 sq ft home with popcorn ceilings and dated colors schemes to a modern home with textured ceilings, floor to ceiling paint, and crown molding. The workers were prompt and courteous. Special thanks to Howard Dudley, our project manager, who spent more time with us than I would ever expect. He offered great advice and was highly visible on the job site. I would highly recommend Ross Brothers for your project needs.

We hired Ross Brothers to rebuild after a flood in our condo. We were apprehensive at first since we knew very little about the company, but we couldn’t have made a better decision. Jason and everyone in his crew were great. They did a beautiful job renovating our kitchen and bathroom, and both turned out much better than we had imagined.
Jason always responded to our calls promptly and made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction.
We highly recommend Ross Brothers,

Ross Brothers just completed several projects on my 4700 sq. ft. home. For me to express and list the above and beyond level of service, expertise, thoroughness, communication, concern for the clients needs and wants would be several pages long. In an effort to condense what Ross Brothers did for me: I am a perfectionist and Ross Brothers understood that from me since day one. Every worker in my home paid close attention to the smallest of detail in order to make sure everything they touched and worked on was not stated as completed until it was not only perfect to them but perfect in my eyes as well. Every person they sent to my home was respectful, clean, and thorough. It was obvious from day one that they take tremendous pride not only in their craft but also in making sure that me as their client was not only completely satisfied but smiling and happy when they say goodbye. Ross Brothers did not disappoint!! Honestly, I have never received the level of service, and desire to please from any other contractor I have needed to work with in the 22 years that I have owned my home. I will only use Ross Brothers for all future repairs/remodeling jobs. I consider the Ross Brothers family my friends. I can't Thank you enough Derek and the entire Ross Brothers Team!!

From the very beginning, Ross Brothers has been truly a pleasure to work with. The communication has been up and above from all including the company management, Derek. The Ross Brothers crew showed up every day...early and ready to go. The work was impeccable, very neat and the quality even better. A pure professional and enjoyable experience working with Ross Brothers. I can say without any hesitation, Ross Brothers exceeded all my expectations. I would not think for a moment if the need of services for a professional and quality driven contractor should come up again. My first and ONLY call will be immediately to Ross Brothers. As it should be for anyone who needs true professionals!!! THANK YOU ROSS BROTHERS!!!!

All I can say is everything was amazing from start to finish. Jason, the contractor I worked with was always on top of everything and addressed any concerns I had. It was quality work and amazing customer service. My place flooded and they redid my floors, painted walls and added new baseboards, and a brand new kitchen that turned out incredible .

Small job wth great expectations which were fulfilled with Ross Brothers. Make a dingy laundry room open, inviting, pleasant to come and go through as our main portal of entry... and functional. Ross Brothers took our ideas and created a space that we love. Open and clean, fabulous to look at and work in. There is now more storage than there was yet the room seems larger. ..... and the 9 foot doors give us a 'lift'.
All finishing cabinetry, installation, electrical, plumbing, stone and detail coordinated by Ross Brothers and completed by Scott and Derek, Diana and Doug. Daily communications via emails, texts and many phone calls..... when I stained the stone cabinet they even came back and refinished it! Hands down the best remodeling experience we have had in our 20 years of homeownership in Miami. We could not be more pleased.

When I decided to remodel my old, nasty and dark kitchen, finding Ross Brothers was like discovering gold. From my first phone call to them right through to completion I was impressed with their professionalism, spot on estimate and quality of not only materials but the people on their team. The worst that I could say is that where I live, it took several frustrating months to get permits but after that the process was swift and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! Alex Garcia provided outstanding project management and offered many great suggestions. Diana Vieira offered amazing design suggestions throughout the entire project. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted but both Diana and Alex made everything better with their knowledge and suggestions for improvement. I've been through remodels before but never as outstanding as this experience. Each person on the team was 100% expert in their area whether it was electrical, plumbing or cabinet/countertop fabrication. In addition to Alex and Diana, I must give a big shout-out and thank you to Bill, Junior, Jose, Jason, Paul and Ellyson for all the quality work and help along the way. I hope to work with them again in the future. Thank you Ross Brothers!

We are in the end stages of a unique project to wood plank 1300 ft of ceiling and I couldn't be happier with the attention to detail of our project forman Andre. He has been thorough and attentive to the projects unique complications, so much so, I contracted to Ross Brothers 2 more projects to run concurrently. I highly recommend Ros Brothers!

So... A few weeks later and all projects completed. We had wood plank tile to a 1/16 grout installed throughout the entire house with 6 inch baseboards as well. Every wall was painted to perfection. Also a 1/2 bath renovated. Andre (our forman) was with us every day through the process. The staff was careful to clean up after each day as well. These photos don't tell the entire story. A job well done!!!

Ross Brothers renovated my kitchen back in 2017. Yesterday I noticed something wasn’t sitting correctly with one of my upper cabinets. I called them immediately and by the next day Alex and Andree were at my house as a complimentary warranty service to look at the problem. Which they fixed promptly. They were both helpful and courteous. I recommend them all of the time and will continue to do so!

Five stars! Ross Brothers stepped up to do some major reconstruction after we had water damage due to a hurricane. Because of floor and cabinet damage, we ended up re-doing the floors in the house but also knocking down a wall and doubling the size of our kitchen. As with any large-scale remodel, there were some bumps along the way, but we were always able to bring up any concerns and these were always addressed immediately and with courtesy. Most importantly, their work is SPECTACULAR. We've been back home for a couple weeks and love showing it off! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ross Brothers to anyone and already have!

Our home suffered a pipe leak that caused serious damage to the first floor. We needed mold remediation, new kitchen walls, new cabinets, and new floors. We received multiple bids from many different companies around South Florida, but could not locate one that could do the entire job. It became clear that it would be a nightmare coordinating among the different companies for different portions of the job. Ross Brothers was the only company that was both responsive and could do the entire job. Jason Cabral helped us work out a plan that would fit within our budget, and although it was about 10K more than other bids, we decided to choose Ross Brothers due to their ability complete the entire job, and their stellar reputation.

Overall, we are happy with the end result. Ross Brothers really will go the extra mile, within reason, to make sure you are a happy customer. Alex Garcia was a tremendous asset to the project and helped keep things on track and made sure that all of our requests were being met. We stayed in our home during the renovation and witnessed the work first hand each day. Alex and Jason deserve to be commended for keeping things running as smoothly as possible. That doesn’t mean there weren’t some problems along the way. Ross Brothers employs outside contractors to perform some of the work, and sometimes those contractors would have to be recalled multiple times to get the job done correctly. It also seemed like one contractor was not aware about the other contractors and work would be performed that would cause setbacks for the next contractor. However, Alex was on top of this and made sure that thinks kept moving despite any minor setbacks.

The end result was just as we expected, and I would highly recommend Ross Brothers to anyone requiring a major renovation project for their home. I have included a before and after photo of our kitchen.

Our condo needed a major upgrade that we kept pushing back for years. Build+Design by RB made the process a breeze as a one-stop shop for all our remodelling needs and we are extremely picky.. From design to construction, their team handled everything with professionalism and expertise. Their seamless approach allowed us to focus on enjoying retirement while they transformed our home. They also worked tirelessly, putting in extended hours to complete the project two weeks earlier than expected. This allowed us to spend the holiday season with our family in our beautifully renovated home. My favorite part was the new stairs they installed which are truly a masterpiece—sleek and modern, they stand out like a piece of artwork, adding a touch of elegance to our home. Thanks to Build+Design by RB, our house is now our dream home, and every detail, including the stunning stairs, came out exactly the way we wanted!

We recently moved from New York to Miami Beach and purchased a condo, but it needed a major overhaul, we were feeling a bit overwhelmed. Especially since we didn't have any connections in the design world down here, so we started researching companies online.
That's when we came across Build/Design by RB's project on YouTube. After watching their video, we knew we had found something special. Their attention to detail and dedication to their craft shone through, and we were captivated by the transformations they showcased.
The 3D designs they provided were instrumental in helping us visualize the potential of our space. It was like watching our dreams come to life right before our eyes. Derek's design inspiration breathed new life into every corner of our condo, turning it into an amazing modern interior masterpiece.
Throughout the entire process, the team at Build/Design by RB were a pleasure to work with. Their professionalism and commitment to excellence were evident in every interaction, and they made what could have been a daunting task feel like a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Now, as we sit in our beautifully transformed home, we are filled with gratitude for Ross Brother entire team. They have not only given us a place to live, but they have created a space where we can truly thrive and make new memories for years to come.
We are THRILLED WITH THE RESULTS, and we definitely would recommend Build/Design by RB to anyone in need of remodeling expertise.
