I was completely blown away by the professionalism, organization, technology and fast service here. My traditional AC guys have been very old school. The last two retired. I am now looking forward to a long relationship with Hall Mechanical and Air Conditioning. They replaced a condenser in 15 minutes and our house was cooling again.

Frank and team went above and beyond replacing my AC unit, which had some complications outside of their control; they worked around them and solved the problem. Friendly, competitively priced, and a job well done. Would recommend.

Frank and the entire team at Hall Mechanical were very professional. We needed a new a/c at the office, and everyone was courteous and efficient. They had to install an a/c on the roof of my building. It took a team, along with a crane from an outside vendor. Everyone kept me informed, and they were always on time.

AAA came out quickly, was able to resolve my issue on their visit and the technician was knowledgeable and courteous.

I’ve worked with AAA Modern on several occasions. I recently had the please of working with Jed for a service call. He was like a friend, not a salesman. He was able to quickly diagnose my ac issue that turned out to be electrical and not an actual issue with the ac and took the time to show me the issue and give me some tips on how to get the electrical issue resolved. I wish every business had a Jed that worked there!

Very professional and polite!! He answered my curiosities and questions. I felt so bad that my ducts were dirty. I'm glad I got it done! For a one time fee, I bought a service plan. If I would've know it was reasonable, I would've done this a long time ago vs paying a "friend of a friend" to come by(which costed me more). I do recommend this company.
