We reached out to Infinity Rug Care to assess three rugs for cleaning and repair (2 Persian, 1 Turkish). The 2 Persian rugs needed urgent repair to prevent continued unraveling along the edges. After receiving the completed work yesterday, my wife and I couldn’t be more thrilled. The repair work was simply remarkable and all three rugs have been restored to “near original” brightness. Wear areas were color-matched. We wholeheartedly recommend Infinity Rug Care for this type of detailed work, particularly heirloom rugs that need some serious TLC. Thank you for a job well done!!!

We had two area rugs cleaned, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team arrived right on time, gave us a fair price on the spot, and carefully moved all of the furniture before taking the rugs. They were returned even faster than promised, and they look absolutely perfect, just like brand new.
A different crew handled the delivery, and they were just as professional and careful with our home. They placed the rugs back exactly where they belonged, adjusted the furniture, and made sure everything looked perfect before leaving.

I have a very beautiful Persian rug. And it needed some very tender love and care.And it got it at infinity rug care. Not only did they clean the rug.Thoroughly they repaired portions of the rug that were destroyed as a result of poor storage. They fix the fringes made them like brand new by hand i would not bring my rug anywhere else.But infinity rug care.

I truly thought my beautiful sisal area rug was destroyed after accidentally spilling an entire cup of coffee on it. Enter Infinity Rug Care! They came to my home, assessed the damage, and assured me that they could get the rug looking like new-and they did! They returned the rug to our home clean and stain free. I am incredibly grateful to Infinity Rug Care as the technicians who came to my home were knowledgeable, their prices reasonable, and the fantastic care they took with my area rug.

I had Five rugs that needed cleaning! Ron came by to look at them and give us a quote. He is a very good businessman,and gets to quickly know his customers needs and economic budget! After discussing what would be done to the rugs, Ron suggested two more things. The rug padding was worn and should be replaced. We replaced the three largest pads at a reasonable cost ,and Ron provided two smaller pads at no charge! He even said he could take the carpets now and return in three weeks ,after we completed additional house maintenance work. Once the work was done Ron had his crew deliver the rugs and put the furniture back in place. I will recommend Infinity Rug Care to anyone that wants good, reasonable priced work from a good reliable businessman.

I had two large handmade rugs cleaned by Infinity Rug Care — one 100% wool and one viscose (synthetic silk). The result is honestly amazing. Both rugs look like new. I had completely forgotten how they looked when they were brand new, but when they brought them back, I was shocked in the best way possible. The silk rug literally shines in the sunlight like it’s made of gold.

The whole process was super easy. I just sent photos of the rugs and got a clear estimate right away. They picked everything up the same day, rolled the rugs, took them away, and brought them back very quickly. The turnaround time was only 5 business days, which is impressive considering how big the rugs were.

I was communicating with Ron and he was great — friendly, responsive, and clearly knows his stuff. You can tell right away you’re dealing with real professionals who understand the materials and the level of difficulty.

I even called them on a weekend, and despite it being a day off, they called me back the same day. That level of service is rare these days.

Pricing was fair and exactly as quoted — no surprises at all. Great service, great communication, great result. 10

Ron is a great guy and helped beyond expectation! Infinity Rug Care has cleaned many of our rugs and they always come back perfect, there was one time we had a little issue and he took the rug right back to clean again. The gentleman picked up the rug, quoted a fair price and showed a video on the rug. The rug had great sentimental value and was purchased during a trip to Tunis. The gentleman returned a few days later and the rug was spectacular! Clean, vibrant and looked as good as the day it was purchased. Highly recommend this company.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled in this case. I hired Infinity Rug Care to clean a sleeper sofa, two mattresses, and a bench. Even though their price ($890) was nearly double that of other companies, I chose them because I was told they provided excellent care and service.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When the crew picked up my sofa, they scratched the wooden legs. The owner tried to claim it was prior wear and tear (I even have video proof showing otherwise), but I let it go and simply asked that they protect the legs during delivery. Despite this, when the sofa was returned, the legs were scratched again because they placed it directly on asphalt without protection.

One of the mattresses also came back ripped, and the inside of the bench was never vacuumed. While the stains were removed well, the overall quality of care for my furniture was abysmal.

I paid in full because I didn’t want to argue with the delivery crew, but I texted the owner afterward to give him a chance to make things right. He never responded.

The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because the stain removal itself was well done. Otherwise, I would strongly caution others to think twice before hiring this company for upholstery or mattress cleaning.
