Frank is provided us repairs on two appliances in the past few months. The first was our range which was having an overheating problem, which he solved. Then we hadn't come back just recently for a problem with our Samsung washer. The water pump had to be ordered so it took two service calls. But we expected that. Frank was very helpful and gave us some good information about the use of the washer which we've had for a number of years and we didn't know how to properly use it. We're now referring him to our daughter for problems with her Samsung refrigerator. Definitely give Frank a call.

I saw that Frank was in my neighborhood, so I called him and had him come over to diagnose my warm freezer. He discovered it had a Freon leak and tightened the collar where the leak was coming from and also inserted sealant to stop the leak. He recharged the system and now I have a freezer again. Not cheap but cheaper than a new Fridge!
