This is indeed the best mold course that I have ever taken. As part of the course, you are given detailed lecture notes all of which is explained very well. The instructor Mr. Rosen is very knowledgeable. Additionally, Mrs. Rosen is most helpful and willing to assist if students have questions or concerns. The State of Florida Mold Remediator and Assessor License process is explained in great detail, and guidance through the application process is also provided. I highly recommend this course.

I was very happy with the mold remediation service provided by Certified Mold Free. It's hard to determine the legitamacy of mold remediation companies, and I'm fortunate that I had a friend who highly recommended Certified Mold Free because I was struggling to find a company who I felt that I could trust and wouldn't rip me off. As much of the time, many mold remediation companies will pressure you and are really just smoke show and mirrors.
Gary is highly knowledgeable, and he and his team did a fantastic job! They were timely and professional. I would definitely highly recommend them!

Mr. Rosen gave a great presentation covering all of the need to know topics. They shared a vast amount of information on PDF as a study guide as well as a bunch of bonus material that is very beneficial. Even when I requested extra services the owner/estimator said it would be a waste of money and he was correct. What he did was what was required. Took class for Covid-19 Green Certification, amazing program full of information and answered the questions that where necessary in my opinion to have me competent for the certification needed for my customers. The testing was thorough and was based on the information taught during the class, making me prepared to successfully take the test. Email and help from NAERMC was immediate and professional as I had problems accessing the test from my computer and they quickly got me help on a work around. Following day I received my certification and they even helped produce a Certification sticker for my marketing department to use for advertisement. Could not be more happier.

She took time out of her busy schedule to speak with a FEMA agent in support of my claim & also wrote a letter to FEMA. In the end, I believe that greatly helped me with receiving a reasonable Home Repair financial settlement from FEMA for my out-of-pocket expenses. They were also able to dry out my cherished classic car. Many people have commented on their outstanding work. I took the one-day review course, and it was amazing. They went over the stuff you needed to know for the exam, but YOU'LL NEED TO READ THE FREE REVIEW INFO BEFORE THE REVIEW CLASS OR EXAM because you'll not pass without going over that info first.

Well I just entered my home after I received the green light from Gary that it was safe to return. Even though at first I thought Gary's quote was a little pricey ;after reading up on all his accolades and being one of the leading authorities on mold and allergens with 4 books under his belt I decided to go with this small family business, His workers were professional and knew what was expected of them as i watched how they had everything down to a science, For the short time I observed his crew, they gave me direct responses to my concerns.,I am now so pleased that my home is Certified Mold Free so my family can return without being exposed ever again to toxic mold.!

So I never really post reviews but my experience with Certified Mold Free company was so amazing I felt I had to share it. My experience from the first phone call to the very end was absolutely amazing. They answered all my phone calls and emails. When the day came to have the work done the gentlemen that did the work made it to my house on time and very professional. If I could I would rate them a 100 star rating.

Gary and Linda run an operation that is second to none when it comes to identifying the nature of the mold problem, exactly how to remediate it, and then actually doing it. It’s a very, very different and much better experience than working with the typical chain companies/contractors. They work they did remediating a mold outbreak in my kitchen was of the highest quality, and by far the most affordable option as well. They’re not in business because they have to be - they’re in business because they want to be, and actually take pride in their work on a personal level. Gary has a PhD in molecular biology and literally wrote the book when it comes to mold remediation in this state, and his wife Linda runs a remarkably efficient ship when it comes to coordinating and getting the work done. Everything is done on time and right the first time with their own staff - no subs. Gary would not consider the job done until there was absolutely zero traces of mold left behind in my house, and not just in the kitchen - I mean ANYWHERE in the house, including the HVAC. To put it simply, you cannot find better qualified people anywhere for this type of work. Not having a kitchen for over a month was awful, but entrusting the repair to Gary and Linda was one of the finest experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor. I cannot recommend them enough.

Linda and Gary responded promptly to our request for services. We sent them our report and Gary came over to meet with us with a detailed plan to fix our problems. The work was done promptly and efficiently, and we are pleased with the results. Highly recommended.

It's an excellent way to get your license pretty quickly if you have the necessary experience. If you are a professional restorer, he does not like the restorers very much and may get under your skin. But other than that, it's easy as long as you study and listen to the review.
