Safari tree professionals did a great job removing a 25 year old Mahogany tree.
The office and also the tree removal crew were very efficient, on time and did an outstanding job. They took the tree down and cleaned up in 2 1/2 hours. You can not tell there was a tree there previously. I

My property had a seemingly simple job — remove 1 medium size tree and a small triple palm and grind their stumps. It took over 12 weeks to get this job completed. Of course, I don’t expect it to be done the day after I make the first call but this time frame felt unreasonable, especially considering how many phone calls and persistence it took from my side to ensure this job was completed.

Here are the FACTS about my experience:
No one answers the phone when you call their business. Leave a voicemail and in 1-3 days you may or may not receive a callback. When you are called back it is by the receptionist or desk person who is not knowledgeable or able to contribute to decision making — she is simply a liaison to Seth, the Arborist, with whom I never actually spoke with. When I would ask a question that would require the input of the arborist, the waiting would ensue. Now I have to wait another day or two for an answer from the Arborist via the desk person. God forbid if I had a follow up question.

You can see how this would turn something that should probably take 1 month to complete into a 3 month frustration. The work was finally completed after a hiccup with their stump grinder that caused a delay between the tree removal and the actual stump grinding. I had to give them an ultimatum to come back and finish the work by the end of the week or I would hire someone else to finish the job and only pay them for the percentage of the work they completed. There was no final follow up call or apology for the frustration — perhaps because this is their standard for their business?

I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere until they can correct the way organize their affairs. If you love pulling teeth, being left in the dark and never speaking to someone knowledgeable about your situation then look no further!
