Called Safari to get an assessment on a tree and I was expecting to pay for their professional time as an arborist. The owner (Will) came out, told me everything I needed to know. He told me no charge which really surprised me. Well, they have my future business.

We have hired this company for the past 30 yrs. The owner Seth is our oasis buddy. He is extremely knowledgeable about trees, diseases and what to do or what not to do. He has called out his team at a moments notice whenever we have called. Their prices are fair, DO NOT hire those "drop by" crews. They do not know what they are doing and end up costing you more!!!

Safari contacted me about possibly trimming my large black olive tree and cleaning out a very large palm. They have done a great job in the past and I was happy they reminded me about possibly doing some work. Their estimate was fair and they did a great job on the trees and clean up afterwards.

We have used Safari Tree Professionals for over 30 years.
They truly are professionals. They have a vast knowledge of plants and trees, infestations etc. with friendly, polite and extremely competent employees. Seth, the owner, lives and breathes plants as well as being a formally trained and licensed "Arborist".

I hired Safari to remove a Ficus tree, grind the stump and plant clusia bushes. Right from the start, Safari was responsive and professional. They offered an excellent price for the job, and a crew of 4 showed up to do the work. The workers were efficient, knowledgeable and extremely respectful of my existing plants, fence and my yard. They needed no supervision and fully cleaned everything when they finished. It was a pleasure having Safari do this job and I highly recommend them!

We needed a bunch of landscaping removed from our front year. Seth came out to take a look for us, and we quickly received a quote. The price was very fair and they were able to complete the job the next week. Would highly recommend!

Very professional from beginning to end. They sent someone out to walk our property and provide a detailed quote and then scheduled with me. Their communication was great and they cleaned up afterwards, and completed their work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend.

My rating reflects my experience with Safari and I want to be sure I describe my situation as a different situation, I believe would yield a different review. I have 2 palm trees I needed trimmed. I reached out to Safari and had great communications starting off. They recommended not to cut/ trim the trees at that time and I appreciated their honest input. I feel other services would’ve taken the job when it didn’t need to be completed. They sent an email a few months later recommending the trees be trimmed and I scheduled the service. About 5:00 pm the day the service was scheduled came around and I reached out to them and they stated another job was extended and they weren’t going to make it today. Basically the service was about to no call no show. They said I was scheduled for the next week and combined with another job, but who’s to say that job would have been extended as well and I’d be pushed again. I feel this may be a great service, but only if your job is big enough for the work they do. This is not a company for small trimming jobs. Leaving on a positive note, I do think this could be a great service, but only for larger jobs or contracts.

Safari tree pros were awesome. I called them up and was directly connected with the owner. Clear easy communication. They came out two days later, and did an awesome job. They were very affordable and cleaned up after themselves so well. They’re definitely my go to tree guys now.
