NG Solutions Cleaning is a must when you talk about deep cleaning! A couple of good friends recommended Norbelly to me, and she and her team took excellent care of my home. I had unsatisfactory experiences before from other cleaning companies, but NG Solutions Cleaning didn’t disappoint and we will continue using their services. Everything looked just the way I like it! Getting back from work to an impecable house is priceless! Floors, all wood and glass surfaces, carpets, etc! Thank you again for providing the best cleaning service I have ever had!

I’ve been with this company for about 2 years now. The pros: (1) Everyone is extremely nice! I have never had someone come to clean my house that wasn’t pleasant! (2) When something isn’t done to your liking, they will send them back out. The cons: (1) For whatever reason, you can’t have the same crew come to your house. I hate having new people in my house all the time so this is my number one complaint. They do send the same main person but she is always accompanied by different people. I don’t like this at all and I wish they would fix this issue as it seems more people have this same complaint. Having the same people is crucial to them knowing how to properly clean your house and also is a better service to customers by limiting the number of new people in their house each week (2) because of the issue with different cleaning crews, the house is not always consistently cleaned to my liking. It is never horrible but having the same people every week would allow them to know my individual concerns and needs pertaining to my house.

Overall, they strive to do their best and that is not a question. They are extremely friendly and tend to do well with cleanings. If they fix the issue with not sending the same crew every visit, I will be a customer for a long time to come.

Since Covid we had not been able to use NG Solutions Cleaning...But we finally were able to call them and get them back in our office this week! What a great job they did on the deep cleaning and we will be using them for regular bi-weekly cleanings. Great Work, Very Professional, On Time :) our office looked and smelled great! We’ve been a customer for many years and have nothing but positive things to say about this company and the people who work for them. They are professional, responsive, trustworthy, and do a fantastic job cleaning our home. If there is ever an issue or a problem, they handle it immediately and follow up to see if I am satisfied with the outcome!

On Thursday, August 8th, one of the managers from NG Solutions Cleaning, Pedro, along with an associate named Maria, came to my home for our scheduled bi-weekly cleaning. Shortly after they left, I noticed my floor was not clean in some areas. I called the company but there was no response. The following day, Fatima Perez, a representative of the company’s Quality Control Team, called and I explained what transpired, my concerns and disappointment. Ms. Perez reassured me that another team would be coming out later in the day to clean my floors. Throughout the course of Friday, August 9th, did a member of the company’s staff report to my home, nor a courtesy phone call received providing an update. I received a phone call from Ms. Perez the morning of Monday, August 12th advising she had spoken with both Pedro and Maria who assured her that they cleaned the floors. I advised Ms. Perez of recorded camera footage along with times of occurrence indicating both Pedro and Maria did not clean the entire floors on the first level. I proceeded to provide proof of my argument via video recording showing my concerns. However, I was told there was not enough evidence to substantiate my claims. This is not the first time NG Solutions Cleaning did not properly clean my floors and made aware trepidation. I cannot tell you the last time Pedro has emptied the shredder bin when cleaning the office, or halfheartedly dusted my home in effort to rush to their next destination. This critique may help someone in the future.

Top notch customer service. When I first got my house cleaned the staff was extremely professional and warm. I was disappointed by the cleaning but they stayed true to their 100 percent satisfaction guarantee and had the team clean the house again. I was still unfortunately disappointed and they informed me that the cleaning needed was different than they initially thought. Thankfully they brought a different cleaning team and did a much more thorough cleaning. In the end they definitely stood by their word and I appreciated them following up on my concerns.

We been use cleaning service from this company for 3 months, then our office move to other location, we been paid three times cleaning service for further date, when we call them and tell them the new location (from Plantation move to Sunrise), they said they can hold those three times service use for new location for two month, but when we call one month later, they said they can't do the service anymore, even they owe us three times cleaning service, because they can't do service for different location (which is never mention before), they even don't do the refund for the service we paid!!

First, and foremost I rarely write reviews. However, NG Solutions Cleaning services deserves this review. They have been cleaning my houses both past and present for two years. Honestly, I am not good about remembering to set appointments. As a new mom, and student I rarely have enough time in the day. EMILIO has been my saving grace. He answers the phone with a smile, offers great customer service, time savings, and value. He has even come to my home to ensure that I am satisfied with my service. If you need a great company to come clean your home and or office call them. Trust me it is more than worth it.
