We hired NG Solutions to clean our business and from the first interaction they were very professional and detailed. The crew who cleaned our store did an unbelievable job! My mom passed away and we had to get the house ready to be sold . NG came out and assessed the area and gave me a price. They did good work however they more than doubled their bill when they were done with the job. I was trying to negotiate however they charged my card and then did not answer my calls. They are good but beware of their assessment verses their actual cost!

Pedro and Elena were precise, detailed and quick in their service. I appreciated that they asked me questions when they were unsure of something as they were easy to work with too.
One suggestion I would make is that the cleanliness booties worn should be blue not black as the black booties left a mark on the floor. The mark was cleaned by final mopping but why work harder?

I hired NG Cleaning Services to deep clean my mother’s house that I was moving into. It hadn’t been properly cleaned in a very long time and I was very happy with the job that Norbelly and her colleague did. I told them the rooms and areas I wanted focused on and they did an amazing job. Fatima was very responsive in providing a quote for this house and also for the apartment I was moving out of. I will definitely consider booking them for regular cleanings once I’m settled with my move.

The Pink team is awesome! They are a pleasure to have in the house. So very friendly but yet professional. They work hard and do an amazing job! They clean things I didn’t even know needed cleaning. Love them!

Scam. Their good reviews cannot be real but read the bad ones. This company ripped me off when I used them. They left as soon as I left my house and the house was left uncleaned. They charged my CC and after admitting they had to leave to another clients house,I never got a credit.
Mind you, I have bi-weekly house cleaning and she was on vacation so I hired them (my house is very clean). They folded dirty towels, showers uncleaned, and when I posted a bad yelp review they called to threaten me. So I had to call the CC and involved the attorney general and BBB. Staff did not speak English and the “owner” is nasty.
Avoid at all costs. Read the bad reviews.

This was my first time using this company. I would never use them again. I paid $375 for the deep move in cleaning. I loved what they had listed on the website for cleaning and disinfecting which is why I paid more to use them. What was promised on the website was not delivered. My bathrooms were not pretreated the soaps um wasn’t even removed from the shower doors. Closets were not cleaned as promised. I had to go back and do it all myself. I had to have them re-vacuum, re-dust etc. For the price I paid I expected superior service and this was far below par. I basically had to redo everything myself. The only thing that was done well was the woman who cleaned out the oven and fridge. She did a great job! The crew also did not speak English so I had no way to communicate with them.
