Shimon from Milestone Air did a good job; he fixed our air duct and clean and odorized the A.C. duct. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

My air conditioner started making crazy noises overnight, I was referred to Milestone Air from a friend, gave them a call and they came out to my home the very next day to give me a quote. Booked an appointment for a Sunday, they gave me a time window of 4 hours (from 9am to 1pm) and told me the technician was going to call 30mins before arrival.
They kept me and my family hostage for the entire morning just to realize that no one was going to show up. They didn't even give us a courtesy call to let us know no one was coming. If I could I would give them 0 stars or negative stars.

STAY AWAY! Installed multiple units for us. Had to a pay a company to redo all their work. Caused water damage due to incorrect installation. Company took no responsibility to fix anything. Also works under the name USA Air Inc.

Please not take this service is Very Bad Company, use OLD PRODUCTS not lose your time.

Highly recommended. Very professional, they installed a new system in my store and I am very happy with their work. The price was very fair also comparing to other companies I have contacted. I will use their service again for maintenance when needed.

My 15 year old central air conditioner froze up and needed replacement. At 7AM I called Milestone Air. Tom came to my home at9AM, looked the system over and gave me a good price on a new Rheem 3 1/2 ton outside unit and inside air handler package. At 11:30AM a 3 man crew came, removed the old units and installed the new ones. By 3PM the same day the new air conditioner was running. When I was complimenting Oscar and the rest of the crew on their perfect, fast work, he said, "We install 2 systems a day on many days". They not only work fast, but do perfect neat work, damaging nothing and cleaning up when done. Great up beat personalities. There are no better.

Very happy with Milestone Air service. Wayne was very professional & knowledgeable about my Trane system. He gave me options for the problem I was experiencing without any pressure to do an expensive repair. He personally called me on two occasions to check that my system was operating properly. I have full confidence in Wayne if I need another check-up or repair for good advice. It is very difficult finding an A/C person to trust their judgment. I found it in Wayne & Milestone. I’ve owned motels & restaurants & wish I had Wayne servicing my A/C units over the years. He is top-shelf.

Tom of Milestone Air came to my apartment very shortly after I contacted the company to make an appointment for a consultation that was free of charge. So we're off to a good start already! He presented a new central a/c package that was almost 40% less expensive than a competitor's quote, AND that came with a 2-year service contract. Next morning, a crew of two arrived and worked their butts off, working carefully, efficiently and thoroughly (in the heat) and by the end of the day I had a state-of-the-art unit that was purring. Yes, I recommend Milestone Air.

I called for an estimate and the next day they came. The gentlemen were both courteous and gave me full knowledge of my purchase. I didn’t have To ask questions. They answered them all in the presentation. I am sure my new AC and installation along with my service package will be all around satisfied. Thank you For easing my concerns. Installation was also available the next day . That was a pleasant surprise. The price was fair.

From the initial visit with Shimon Amsalem to the installation of my A/C unit, everything was very professional. I appreciate their timely actions. Financing was easy. Only issue is I was not told I would need additional (necessary)A/C accessories - the technician took measurements of the A/C return that will be used to house the filter - I am now waiting to have Milestone return to install a filter rack in the A/C return. Overall, Milestone did a great job, the process was quick and simple!

Shimon had fantastic customer service. He was on time and able to answer all my questions. He sat down with me and explained the options for not only financing but for other services that I would want in the future. The installation appointment was set for the next day after our free inspection. Super smooth process. Expecting the same type of service during the installation process.

He immediately tried to get us a replacement unit and even though they didn't have one in stock they found one. Andre showed up first thing the following day and he also had so much expertise and .professionalism. He made sure we had cool air quickly! I called around 9am to have someone come and complete a self install of a split unit I purchased online and by 2pm the work was done and at a price that felt like a family discount 😁. Definitely got my NEW A/C guy saved in my phone. Thanks Ami.
