Installed a unit incorrectly and is taking no responsibility for their work. I have to replace a brand new unit because it would cost more to fix their work. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Person came over for A/C service and due to that the Freon leaked. Had to call another ac company as the person at milestone refused to accept their fault. A $300 loss for me. Don’t go with them.

the agent, Shimon, was very punctual, polite and knew exactly what he was doing....and fixed my issue quickly and now i have cold air again!!!

The company have a coupon for$24 dollars tune up include 1 lb Freon system diagnostic ,basic drain line cleaning ,free leak check.The technician just came said everything is ok he didn't anything of the coupon said and tell me the a need clean the duct for $240 each.

Shimon was here help me to get a estimate of my air conditioner, and I make the purchase .I highly recomend his service good company.

first time using their service for my company. the technician Omar arrived on a timmely manner on a saturday service, after explaining what was going on, he flushed the pipes. i ask him to check if needed freon. but he didnt bring ladder and told me it will take some time to see air cooling. i guessed he was on a rushed to leave without making sure it was cooling . called him later explaining that still stuck on 82 degress. told me he be there in 20 minutes. but never show up. called later and told me he was out with his son and he will definetly be there . passed 2 hours and still no show. even text him if still coming to see if i should look for someone else, never text back
what a horrible stressing experience.

Tom was amazing! He helped me understand the situation in a manner I could understand and assisted with my best! He went above and beyond. Great experience. I recommend them highly.

If I ever have to do any improvements, I would definitely choose Milestone for painting my Air Ducts,
Ofer came over this morning and he was very honest and advised me against just cleaning my air ducts because if he passed his brush, it would ruin my ducts. He recommended that we paint the ducts and install UV light for improved performance.

Had a air con problem and worked with Tom Levi to resolve. Tom and I worked it our over the phone and within 10 minutes my unit was properly cooling. All of this occurred over a hot and humid day in South Florida. Imagine having to get along two days waiting for a service rep to repair a problem that was fixed over the wireless. Nice going Tom! A round of golf is on me. Just give a call.

I called milestone to fix my mothers broken AC after a failed attempt with another company. Milestone came out and did not stop until they found/repaired the issue. This is a integrable company who views their customers as people and NOT as just dollar signs. They cared about insuring our satisfaction! I will be sticking with them for my future AC repair needs.

I used them for my mother’s house. They came the same day and since she was a senior citizen they did it right away. I actually got a quote from another company and they had a better price and unit size. Everyone was a pleasure to work with during my experience.

Poor communications and customer service. This company was purchased by USA Air Conditioning. The new owners state they do not have to honor the warranties and they state they are "Accommodating' you the customer even though the warranty was part of original sale contract. I had purchased 2 3 ton acs in Jan 2020. On July 4th weekend BOTH cooling fan motors went on the same day. I had no ac for 1 week. USA sent a tech out on Wednesday after holiday. But never returned call with quote for labor on the parts that were covered by manufacturer warranty. Each time I called they were waiting for availability from distributor or they went to lunch or they went home. Today is July 22 still have not heard from them. I called another company on July 6 who obtained the parts and installed them July 7. Do not purchase from USA nor expect them to honor Milestone Air warranties. And their pricing is more than competitors and when you state it is too expensive not competitive they tell you they do not want to set ice your warranty.
