I scheduled a service appt for Oct 11, 2025. The time was between 8:00 - 11:00 AM. (I've used this company in the past with no issues). At 9:00 AM I received a call from the tech saying he'd be there at 9:30 AM... great! At 9:30 AM I received a call from the tech saying he'd be there at 11:00 AM... OK? Then I did not hear from him at all until I called him to see where he was. He said he wasn't going to able to come because he was at another home but that he called the call center to send another tech to me... call center never called me and a tech never showed up. That's what all of us want to do on a beautiful Saturday morning; sit around waiting for an A/C tech. I never received a call from the company apologizing, the tech never called me to say he was never coming and no tech ever showed up. How a company stays in business with these incompetent employees is beyond me. How does the owner allow this to happen? How does the owner not apologize to a steady customer for the incompetence of their employees? How does an owner employ such incompetent employees? Now I have to find another A/C company and go through the trials and tribulations that entails. Especially when I thought I had a really good company to call whenever I had an issue. So disappointing... just one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch. Suggestion.... get rid of your bad apples.

Amazing amazing! I can’t thank the company enough. This is a blessing me and my family with this blessing. I wanted to say thank you to the Florida Panthers and Rebuilding together Broward also! If you need a reliable, kind and honest Air conditions people please give them a try you won’t be disappointed and they have service plans to come back out and check the wellness of the AC! Give them a call.

This was by far the best experience I had with any AC service ever.

I call for a service on a Sunday at 9am and Erwin, the technician arrives at 10:30am. He is a really nice person, serious, informative and efficient. The diagnosis of the problem was a little difficult because there were bad wires involved but anyway the problem was solved in no time and the AC is now working fine. The price was fair and the job excellent.

I will recommend August Breeze Inc as the first option to anyone for any AC problems.

There is nothing worse than not having a/c during the summer in FL. Erwin responded on Saturday to my message and we set up service for Monday, He arrived early, diagnosed the problem and within a few hours, we had a/c again. Erwin and JR are my heroes!! They are responsive, informative, professional, courteous, didn’t leave a mess, were beyond fair and honest with their prices…I just can’t say enough great things about August Breeze and I will highly recommend them!!

Great service. Erwin was the gentleman that came out. I believe he is the owner. Was very honest, and knowledgeable on the matter of my AC compressor. Pay way simple easy. He also checked everything to make sure it ran fine. AC was back up and running by early afternoon. I would recommend him to any in the area.

Yes, I would truly recommend August Breeze, he came out on time, he diagnosed the problem and told us what was going on. I agreed for them to do the repairs and he did them. He let us know that he had to order parts and as soon as the parts arrive he will start the job.And he did just that. We are so happy with this company! We needed a new air system. Not a wall unit. He worked soo hard until 9:00 pm. Great work. I’m very pleased.

Awesome company. Called on a late Saturday afternoon and they were able to fix my a/c quickly and get it back up and running in no time. Wonderful, incredible service!! I originally contacted August Breeze when I saw their beautiful van driving around, and little did I know they were going to save my life. When I called I was scheduled in immediately and had a new unit within a week. Extremely professional and prompt service, not to mention CLEAN and concise. Erwin was extremely polite and explained everything I needed to know, as many times as I asked; and believe me I asked about 14 times!!!
