Stay away from Air Pros.
We ended up with this company as they purchased the company that initially sold us a new AC unit (Solar Bear).
Since then, we have had a stream one bad experience after another every time we had to call them.
1. After the unit stopped cooling, their supervisor said that the ducting in my house needed to be patched. They presented a quote and then immediately offered a 50% discount (how generous). We went ahead but this repair did not fix the issue. After that fix, now the problem is that the ducts needed to be coated. Quotes and "discounts" immediately ensued. Well, again the fix did not work. So after a new inspection, they said that the ducts needed to be replaced, At this point we spent a fortune following their scammy advice.
2. The supervisors arrive at your house to sell you fixes and products in a very rude and pushy way. You call them for something and after a few minutes, they start making phone calls and "negotiate" a discount because they want to "help you", during this process they will make the call on speaker phone and ask you to not utter a sound while they "advocate" for you.
3. During a maintenance process, the technician offered me (again) a lighting protection device for the outside unit. I had to go out and he said that he will quote and "negotiate a discount" to "help me" I told him that we will discuss it upon my return. But Oh surprise, the thing was already installed without my authorization, and of course charged to my credit card.
These are just a few examples of all the problems faced with this company.
I am thankful that the maintenance contract is already sunsetted so I don't have to deal with them any longer.

I purchased a new unit and have had nothing but problems with it. The heat never worked on it. I was told I had a 10 year warranty on parts. Just had a service tech come out and told me my condenser motor was shot. He said it would take about an hour to install a new one. He said the part was under warranty, but it would cost $1200 to install. We called the manager and he agreed to give me a 15% discount which would bring it down to $1020. For an hours work, this is robbery!! Will never use this company again even though my unit is under warranty with them. I had another company come out and they only charged me $750, part included. Stay away from this company!

I contacted Air Pros via their website in the middle of the night once it was apparent my A/C was no longer blowing cold air. I got a call promptly the next morning confirming my appointment and the technician, Marty, showed up within the 2-hour time frame and gave me a 30 minute courtesy call to let me know he was on his way. He explained the issues I had with my unit and that I would be needing a new one (the old unit ~20 yrs old). He provided three options with various financing packages and did not pressure me into any of them. He simply provided the facts and let me make the decision. Once I had made my decision and all of the paperwork was signed, they were able to schedule the installation for the very next morning.

Andres installed our unit and was equally punctual and professional. He was working alone so the installation took a bit longer than the 4-5 hours I was told but the quality of work was great. I highly recommend Air Pros for your HVAC needs.

Terry is the best! I requested to have him come again when I knew something was wrong with the condenser fan. He found the problem and fixed it immediately. I like it when you are familiar with the people who are coming! He is a great representative of Air Pro! Will see him for maintenance again in February!

In August of 2022 they installed an A/C unit in my condo and set off the fire alarm. This created issues for me to deal with and their GM refused to take responsibility. When the work was completed they did not clear the drainage pipe. I had to call them back and had to pay additional money to clear it. The pricing of the unit was way over market prices as I found out later. My fault for not shopping and trusting they would have integrity. The worst part was that the inspection approval did not close until January 2023. 6 months later. And, I had to make repeated calls to check the status. Their call center was always courteous responding quickly saying someone would call back within the hour or sooner. That call would never come and I had to call back again and again. Fast forward to May 2023 and I saw water leaking from the unit. Because my experience with Airpros was so bad, I called another service provider to service the unit costing $400 to repair a cracked pan. Far and away this was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a service company of any kind. Stay Away.

This company took over the service contracts for new air conditioning system installed at the house. I was supposed to get 4 - preventative mx services. The first one was scheduled and cancelled three times - all sorts of excuses and the call center reps absolutely worthless- when someone finally came they indicated new duct work was required at a price of 17k. Then we scheduled the 2nd service for six months later. The day before the company called and mysteriously couldn’t find the spot which I had arranged my schedule to be at home for them. Finally they agreed on a 11-1 pm window. Which at 3:30 I called and asked where they were. They denied me having a contract - then wanted to charge me $49 for a prepaid service (499.00 contract paid price). Finally someone showed up poured some acid down the drain pipe took some pressure measurements and was finished a total of less than 10 minutes to do a 24 point inspection and cleaning service. This rep said the ducts were in good condition and I had to ask him to look at the unit outside and please clean it. The customer service rep also told me to why were not going to honor the rest of the prepaid contract. In my opinion a TOTAL waste of my money time and a typical South Florida rip off company. Just my experience -hope yours is better.

After doing a lot of research, we called Air Pros because of all the great things we heard about them. James, the tech, showed up on time, very professional, was very thorough (an understatement), and documented and explained everything step-by-step. He also identified some things that the other AC company misinformed us about. We were given more than one option to get our AC working again and he provided very transparent information. Highly recommended, honest company!

Of note, if you replace your unit, not only do you receive the standard manufactures warranty on a brand new unit, Air Pros provides their own outstanding warranty for services on your new unit.

Jean Numa came and serviced our units today. The man is a magician. Excellent friendly service. He knew exactly what to do and our unit is cooling like it was new. Simply the best

I called for AC repair and the process was extremely smooth. They asked for my information and a technician showed up in a couple of hours and had the AC up and running in about 15 minutes.

The were professional and courteous! I will definitely use their services in the future!

We had a great experience with Josh and James when we needed emergency plumbing service! We called late night and they were there first thing in the morning. Josh made sure we understood exactly what was going on, and how he was successfully fixing it. He even fixed our water pressure and sink leak while he was at it!

I called this company the fix an A\C on a tenants unit. They charge me $3654 to replace the coils and fixed a pipe. I thought was expensive but they told me this is what was need it for the A\C to be working. My tenant was without A\C for 3 weeks. So I hired them. I gave them my credit card they charged $1500. They went to fixed my A\C . And took the $1654 from my card. My tenant called saying the A\C wasn’t working. That the technician said the A\C need it to be replaced. I asked about pipe repaired $754 . He told me nothing was done . He just put a foam on it. I could not believe that!!! Spoke with Andrea again. She transfer me to the GM of the company that offer me to replace the A\C with $5600 more of what I had paid. I said no I found a company that was going to replace for $7000. They told me I was getting my money back . It has been over 3 weeks and all they do is asked me to wait. I never got my money back!!! Be aware of this company!

The technicians were good, they worked a long day! Placed a non- working thermostat that had to be replaced however, be-careful who your salesman is! They said financing, well that man promised a package deal if I went with them immediately and he double talked so that we ended paying in full, which clashed with our finances. Went the whole night without airconditiong because of the Thermostat 🥺

My AC has been working well but I scheduled a 6month maintenance appointment with Air Pros. Guy arrives late and immediately asks me to look at photos from an appointment 2 yrs ago--mind you, he hadn't even seen anything yet but he was already trying to upsell me on major repair. Showed him I needed a new UV light bulb and he quotes me $800...and they were the ones who insisted I needed the UV light system. Told him no thanks and sent him on his way. He didn't do a thing but still charged me $39. Never again.

Company is a complete scam. Don’t fall for the $59 maintenance scam. Tech showed up to my house inspected the ac unit while changing parts($20 capacitor) without my permission and so called recharged the ac with Freon. After completing that had me sign papers, left my property and my card was billed for $766. I got an invoice three days later. $383 to change an easy $20 part and $383 to refill Freon that was refilled two months prior. Called the company a week straight starting the day after the issue and no one would reach back to help me solve this problem. As a business owner I understand how bad review reflect on a company, but I’m not the only person this scam happened to. Check the older review.

Do NOT use AIR PROS for your a/c needs.
The sales person never show back or place a call to see if I need anything, after the Overpriced unit (Unfortunately I discover they were charging to much after I hire them) The installers were OK
I never received the permit, called them a million times and NEVER issued the permit, I am still trying to find a way to get that since May 2024 when the unit was installed.
a Year after the outside unit stop working I had to call them because unit is supposed to be under warranty, they still charge you to fix, not before trying a new scam telling you the wrong diagnosis

Amazing great, I am an older woman and Luis made sure I understood what was going on.

Sales guy was awesome, I hired the services (even though they were the most expensive quote I got) to install a complete new unit in my Condo trusting I would get a reliable service. It's been a year already and I still can't get the city permit due to their delays in requesting the appointment, of course it was rejected and now who knows how many months I'll need to continue waiting and pushing to get the repairs done, plus several other months to get the new inspection.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company.

Used this company to install 2 mini splits at my home. Worst experience I could imagine with an a/c company. Took them multiple days to complete the project in the middle of summer. And the units have leaked ever since, so need to recharge them at least once a year. Would never use them again or recommend to anyone. Avoid this company. I think they just use subcontractors so they do not care at all about the quality of work or customer service .

It is very important that a leave this review. English Mike came out to service my A C. The knowledge, communication level was off the chart. This gentleman did not make me feel bad due to the condition of my unit. He clearly explained things to me and fixed things throughly . I thank you Englis Mike . You did a great service for yourself and your company. I will be recommending others towards you. Thanks again!!!!!!!!!

Your people are the most professional, most polite and honest air consider techs I’ve ever encountered. Additionally they are on time and I love the courtesy call telling me exactly what time they would show up so we didn’t have to wait around. I love the fact that they offered and installed the iFLO a/c drain line and drain pan cleaning system as well. Finally no more A/C shut down or drain pan water damage, FINALLY!!! 5 stars!
