One of the worst ever experience, I paid $600 for a repair that broke with in hrs. I called back again he got an estimate for 3500 and when I hired some one else paid them more money for the same problem they sent a guy to vandalize the unit and now it’s a police case.

I recommend this company without thinking twice, two years ago a friend recommended them to me, and the first moment they answered my messages almost immediately gave me a lot of confidence and I was not wrong.

I contacted Arctic Air because my air conditioner was not cooling properly, and I scheduled an appointment for the next day. Mr. Luis Bueso arrived promptly as promised and was extremely friendly and professional. He asked me a few questions and then proceeded to diagnose my system. Mr. Bueso informed me that my system was completely out of refrigerant (freon) and provided me with the cost of the replacement, which I agreed to. He promptly replaced the refrigerant.

Mr. Bueso was honest and transparent throughout the process. He even showed me the gauges, indicating that the system was fully charged. He stayed to ensure that there were no other issues with my system and that my apartment was cooling properly, which it did. Mr. Bueso was patient and made sure I was satisfied before leaving my apartment.

I highly recommend Arctic Air and Mr. Luis Bueso for their excellent service. I will definitely be using their services again in the near future. Thank you, Arctic Air and Mr. Luis Bueso, for making my experience a positive one.

Honest and trust worthy. Came out quick and found the problem in less then 10 min and was able to fix it right away. No more then 20min he was here and charge me a fair price. Will use them again if I ever have a problem with my A/C.

George was polite and detailed oriented. He answered every questions I asked. After the maintenance tune up, I explained I wanted the coils cleaned. He took them out showed me before and after he cleaned them. Very pleased! Excellent communication!

When I first contacted this company, the owner was very nice and very helpful. They came out and did the requested work and were very clean and professional. Shortly after the work was done, I complained that it was not done correctly as the original complaint the prompted the work was still occurring. The owner told me he would send someone to fix it. 2 inspections and 5 months later I am still waiting to have this fixed. At this point I have given up waiting. I won't be using them again.

I called Luis to fix my AC in Hollywood. He added freon, which did not correct the problem. He charged me $350. Before he completed the job, he asked me to Zelle him the money because he was “almost done.” I complied immediately and requested a receipt. He texted that he would send photos and a receipt but never did. My volunteer who was at the rescue when Luis arrived said Luis added freon only. I called Luis to discuss this because I knew that adding freon would be only a temporary fix because freon was added only five days earlier and already leaked out. He assured me that he fixed the AC and that my volunteer was incorrect. About a week later, and after numerous requests, I finally received a receipt indicating that freon was added, so the volunteer was correct. No wonder he did not want to send me a receipt. I have been calling and texting that the AC is still not working. Luis came out again and took a photo of the thermostat showing 74 degrees. I explained that the AC never turns off and fluctuates in temperature throughout the day. I took photos showing this and another photo showing a 7E error message on the thermostat on the same day he visited. No response from Luis. I then called and he said the AC was working fine when he arrived but now the compressor is bad from overheating. He concluded this from my 7E photo. He suggested that this is a new problem even though it occurred within hours after he left. I have been calling and texting all week indicating that his repair–adding freon--did not correct the AC problem. I called another AC guy, and he found that the evaporator coil was leaking. Luis claims that he would fix this under the warranty. However, the warranty requires that he bring the defective coil in to be replaced. How was he working on my warranty without ever diagnosing the leaking coil and without bringing it in for a replacement? Luis has not responded to my calls, texts, or emails. I asked him to refund at least some of my money because he failed to diagnose the problem and correct it and now, I must pay someone else. I spent $350 for freon that leaked out in less than a week.

Luis, is such a very knowledgeable and professional person! He came and instantly knew the probably with my ac after being in my home for about 5 minutes. I was so happy to have chosen him because my ac had been out for 2 days! I’ll definitely be using Artic Air again and requesting Luis! Thank God for Artic Air! I highly review them!

I hired luis for my ac unit wasnt working property and he found the problem and got it fixed within 30 min and find some small leaking pipe issue and he went for 2 homedepot locations to find the part and got it installed for without a CHARGE. It’s a Saturday evening and my AC stopped working. 82 degrees and rising. 🥵 I called each placed google recommended going down the line. Emergency services were insane. And then I came across Arctic AC. They were on time, kind, professional, personable, and found and fixed the problem within 30 mins. Reasonably priced too! First of all this company!
When I call this company to tell them that
I only need them to check the air return and supply . if it need to clean then clean them. if it broken then fix, but this guy came to fix my AC instead of doing what I told them when I called. and he warranty that it will work, no worry ( the boss told me also).
until his job is done, Ac is not work.
i called the company to tell them go
under the bottom of house to check the duct ( mobilhome), and he sent me 2 guys, they was doing the samething, and they said they are too big to go under the bottom of the house and they leave.
and the boss said he gonna send me another guy, I keep calling him but he dont anwer me.
look at how is company working?
they charged me $450 but with no responsible.
money work hard on me. but we can see.
i couldn't believe this.
