I love this company ….. definitely I think it’s the best. Long weekend on a sunday just right before Labor Day I called and Luis answered me, he did not have any of his guys working but he was very considerate to the fact that I have a 5 months old and a 5 year old. He was within the hour in my house and fix the AC.
So thank you Luis for your prompt response and fast service.

I am very pleased with the service that I received from Luis. He answered my call immediately and he was at my house to repair in a very reasonable time, especially on a Sunday. Very honest, very professional, and I will definitely use their services again. I recommend this company to anyone who is in need of any type of repair.

Not only is the owner Luis unprofessional
he also tried to intimidate me multiple times.
After installing a supposed brand new AC it started leaking to my downstairs unit which caused lots of damage!
Luis came into my house and yelled at me about how it is not his problem! I asked for my money back and literally started yelling and making lots of uncomfortable gesture.
Save your money, time.
I truly believe that Luis is running a scheme.

Don't purchase a unit from this company. My unit is only 7 years old and I started having problems, I called Luis who was very rude and unprofessional, to this day never showed up to repair it. Very unreliable. In the beginning he was attentive after purchasing my unit I referred a friend, she purchased a unit and her unit broke down before mine. He did the same exact thing. Ignored her calls and never showed up to repair it. Never even registered neither one of the units.

Highly recommend. Luis came out same day when I was having concerns about another company for my A/C install. The crew showed up a half hour early the next day and were very polite and worked hard. Plus the pricing was very fair. Thanks so much.

They came out to my place within 1 hour immediately to first give temporary repairs for a reasonable price and then when I had to replace the entire AC unit 2 days later, they credited me back the cost of the repairs when purchasing the new unit.

Immediately the next morning they installed the unit and after a few hours of work, AC circulated within the house in about 25-30 minutes. I highly recommend as they are extremely responsive and professional at very good value. If I have problems in the future, will definitely call them again.

Luis was very professional and helpful. He came and explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. He also showed me how to maintain my AC system working great! I will definitely be calling him for regular maintenance and recommend him to anyone. Great company and Luis is is awesome!

Luis was extremely professional and provided excellent service. We needed him to drain one of the pipes for our AC unit that suddenly clogged close to midnight. He did not hesitate to assist us and arrived quickly. My wife and I highly recommend his services.

Luis is the owner his employee are so busy due to holidays so he took it up to himself and come to safe the day! I burned a fuse trying to switch my thermostat to a nest and call many companies and they all was charging $200 and more just to come see the issue. I called Luis and he came within an hour and was very honest and professional about the issue! Someone else would’ve said I need it many things but he was honest and changed the fuse and my thermostat way cheaper than the 5 other companies I reached out. I will definitely going to use him going forward and I highly recommend him and his company trust me you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Luis! And giving you many blessings to you and your company.

My wife called on Friday to set up an appointment with this company and somebody called Luis that doesn't even speak English told her that was going to stop by but first give her a quote of $450 for something that he didn't even know yet that had to be replaced.So because she didn't agree with that 450 dollars didn't show or call back. Shady!!!

I’ve used ARCTIC Air Services & Repair twice now, and both times, they exceeded my expectations. The first time was for a routine maintenance check, and the second was for an emergency repair. In both cases, their technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual. What stands out is their honesty—they never try to upsell unnecessary services, which is rare these days. My AC system is running better than ever, thanks to their expertise.

I do not recommend this company or its owner Luis. For the period of one month, he did not take responsibility for the failure of equipment installed by his company and that they promised to fix. During that month, they did not respond to many of our calls or texts. If they did, they gave excuses or promised to send someone who would not show up. Finally Luis appeared, but he did not fulfill his promise to replace the equipment, which is why we were forced to assume additional costs and solve the problem on our own.

Luis is very professional and knowledgeable. He certainly knows his business and is reliable and trustworthy. I called him because my AC was not working, and he successfully completed the job in less than an hour. Prices are very reasonable, and warranty is included. Arctic is currently on my speed dial. I recommend him without hesitation.

WARNING: Do Not Use This Company!
We had a very disappointing experience with this business and its owner, Luis. The air conditioners they provide are low-quality and don’t last. Communication is a major issue, as the team does not speak English, making it difficult to resolve problems. Luis claimed that he registered our unit for warranty, but that turned out to be false. Our AC stopped working over two months ago, and Luis keeps saying he’s waiting for a part—yet another company confirmed the unit was never registered for warranty. We ultimately had to spend $1400 to replace the AC due to their poor installation, and now Luis is no longer responding to our calls.

Terrible Service. I reached out for a Leak Detection Service. Currently going through an Insurance Claim. He came out, spent 5 mins looking at the A/C Unit and said that he wasn’t able to identify any leak. Paid him for the 5 mins service call. I requested the Invoice to forward to the insurance, he said he would send it over to me.

I have been messaging and calling Luis Bueso (Tech) for about 10 days now and he hasn’t sent me the requested invoice.

I decided to contact another A/C Company, they came out, identified the leak and now we’re proceeding with repairs approved by the Insurance.

Stay far away from Arctic Air Repair and Services. ITS A SCAM
