OMG 😲. On April 28 2022 calling to see if they have a motor in stock. The guy that answer the phone doesn't have any manner. Yelling at me upset over the phone doesn't have the patient to get the info.
Who ever you are. You need to do something else bro don't work on customer service.

If you go to the Davie store ask for Tony, this guy knows his stuff. Tony use to work at the Pompano store, but they transferred him to Davie. So, now I rarely buy from them, because I am not in the Davie area much.

Nice place & knowledgeable staff to deal with. Even though they did not have the part I needed, they were nice enough to direct to me to a couple of other places to check with. That alone will bring me to come back to them first. Most places don't direct you to "competition."

Called Davie location on today on a Saturday and confirmed they will be open until 12pm. Arrived at 11:15am, doors are locked no one here. I stayed in this parking until I completed this review.

All I can say is every time I need a part they come though. RICK from Davie saved my a$$ this Saturday! My blower wheel broke and I called everywhere in North Florida no one had one or they were closed. So, I thought let me see if they have and of course they did! I got the wheels in motion to pick it up and boom the unit is running! Thank you again RICK from Davie for coming through for me once again!!!!

I recently hired them for air duct cleaning in Plantation FL, and I’m very impressed with the service. The team was professional, on time, and did a thorough job removing dust and buildup from my HVAC system.

They never showed up very irresponsible company work is poor quality found somebody better and I was a customer for 5 years

This is the must disappoint company that provide AC services on our South Florida market. We had been for the last two today reaching out to them , to come to solve our problem and they never assume the responsibility after we trusted to install our new AC.
At this point we doubt their technicians are licensed.
