I’ve lived in my house for 7 years and my AC for the bedroom has never cooled properly. Mark and his crew came in and Replaced the condenser figured out my duct work and for the first time in seven years my house is comfortable. I actually have to turn the air up. They are always fair with pricing and are super prompt I can’t be more grateful for this company. And my ELECTRIC BILL DROPPED!

Mark with Floridian Air Conditioning is the best there is. Luckily, he was recommended to me to service our warehouse A/C unit. I had already had another company come out to take a look and they told me I was going to need a new unit that would cost $14k. Mark came out, found the issue and was able to fix it for a few hundred dollars! What a difference! These days most A/C repairmen just want to sell you a new unit rather than actually repair the unit. Since then, I have used Mark for every A/C issue we have had at our warehouse, our rental property and our home. He is extremely professional and quick to respond. I can't recommend him enough!
