Instant hvac installed a new system in my house and very happy with it . The installer were very professional and polite. Their work was excellent. The owner was very truthful about what I needed, he also had my ducts clean . The price to due everything was very reasonable. I will be calling him for maintenance of the unit in the future. I recommend him 100%.

If you haven’t contacted this company for your air conditioning problems what are you waiting for CONTACT THEM!!!!! It can be hard finding a reliable air conditioning company but I can reassure you this company here is the TRUTH!! I’m a satisfied customer especially Evans he’s great respects time came the exact time he said he was doesn’t cut corners he know exactly what’s the problem clearly break it down to you step by step even shows you what’s the problem & causing it within a timely manner the problem is solved couldn’t be more happier. Great compan to work with owner is very honest

Prior to A+ ESC coming out to my home, I had 3 other companies in the Fort Lauderdale tend to my AC. Of all the AC companies that I've dealt with, A+ ESC is by far the best. I called about an AC leak issue and Evens came out in less than an hour!!! With no hesitation, he was at my home in an instant. Evens is a quality professional who not only knows his craft, but also educates you on the root cause of the issue. He is fair and kind and I did not feel that he was pressuring me to spend a lot of money. I highly recommend this company; the 5 star reviews are all true!

My A/C went out on Saturday evening around 6. I had called 4 other companies that said they closed at 8 pm, 11 pm or were 24 hour service. Three never returned my call, 1 24-hour service company gave me a Monday am appointment. I called Evans at A+ ESC and he responded immediately. He said he needed to finish a job and would be right over. He was there in less than 2 hours, diagnosed the problem in minutes! He came back Sunday to finish the job. I will recommend Evans to everyone!!!

Evan is awesome. He didn’t mind going up into a hot attic to repair our Airconditioning and he then followed up until after midnight to make sure everything was working properly. Great service!

The best thing is that you'll only see this repairman once in a life time. The repair job that was done 8 years ago is solid. I've never had any issues since. I save money never having to call anyone ever for an A.C. repair. These guys do excellent maintenance too.

Called on a Saturday morning, was at my house within 30 mins! Was able to quickly diagnose and fix our AC on the spot. Very reasonable priced as well. Would highly recommend!

Evens is the owner and technician of this company and he was very professional, responsive and diligent about the work he performed for me and my family. He installed a new heat pump and a/c unit and cleaned the ducts of the condo unit quickly and effectively. Evens provided exceptional expertise and excellent service with great princing. Most importantly, he kept his word every step of the way and followed through exactly as he promised.

My AC went out on Friday and no one was available to come till Monday. I have a maintenance contract, but that couldn’t be handled till Monday. They told me it had to be over 100 degrees outside to be considered an emergency. I called Evans and told him my problem and that my 80-year-old mother lived with me. Due to her medical issues, I didn’t want to wait till Monday or Tuesday (it’s already incredibly hot in South Florida). He called me back in less than 30 min and was here in less than 2 hours. After doing a thorough inspection, he gave me a written estimate. His price was fair, as a matter of fact, I’m going to have him back to clean my ducts and handler. I will also have him come once or twice a year for preventative maintenance. He was thorough, professional and fair.

Woke up to a broken AC on Sunday, July 4th. I called countless ac companies, and was about to give up. Then I found Evens. He was out here within a couple of hours, and had my ac up and running FAST. In addition to doing good work, he’s also a really cool, honest guy, and he didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for coming out on a Sunday or a holiday (these usually come at a very marked-up premium). I’m recommending this company, and Evens in particular, to anyone I know that needs a reliable, trustworthy AC technician. A+ for great service at a fair price!

Fast and professional, Evans and his team came on a Saturday night to fix my broken AC. They were fair in what they charged, guaranteed their work and did a complimentary test and service of my system. I highly recommend them - I feel they possess both knowledge and integrity.

Evans came to replace my central air unit after he diagnosed the constant problem I have been having the day before. He was the only one out of several people who actually fixed the issue. He was polite courteous and was at my house before our scheduled appointment. I am finally satisfied with the quality of work and the attentiveness of Evans to fixing my ongoing problem.
