The fan on my outside unit was spinning slowly and house was not cooling down. Called him around 3 or 4 in the afternoon and he got me in on the same day. He was on time and friendly. He told me what was wrong and then showed me the issues on the unit itself. He fixed it quickly and the price was fair. I did ask about warranty for the parts (there were 2) and he wrote on the invoice that there is a 3 month labor warranty and a year on parts. I will use him again for any of our properties.

I came home late from work one Friday night and realized that my AC unit wasn’t working. I was able to find ESC online and called at 12:00 am on a Friday night. Evans was the technician who picked up and was very kind! He came over first thing the next morning and provided great service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend his services and will reach out to him again in the future should I need assistance with my AC unit.

Evens did an amazing job fixing my AC unit. My family had just bought a home and after living there a month the unit was not blowing any air. I went to check the filter and it was soaked in condensation. I looked under the unit and there was at least 4 mop buckets worth of Ice. So I called A+. I spoke with Evans and he was very responsive. When he looked at the unit he fixed it the very same day. Let me tell you, after he cleaned the filters it was a like a night and day difference. The place was instantly cool.

In a phrase, THIS GUY WAS GREAT!!! He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. As a tradesman, I can appreciate nice work and this guy does it. From the materials chosen to how it was installed, a top-notch job through and through!! He is a man of integrity as well which is very important these days. When he first came to my son’s house, he could have said that the system needed to be replaced ASAP, but instead he got my son up and running for a modest service call. Highly recommend this guy!!!

Was having an issue with my A/C (It was sputtering and turning off and on). Being concerned because of the current heat wave, and my home reaching 80+ degrees, I gave them at a call to see if they could come take a look at the unit. They should up on time evaluating the situation and thoroughly informed me of what needed to be done. After receiving my quote (good value) I requested to the work to be done. Everything was completed within an hour and a half. Everything is working fine and the service was great. I would recommend them to anyone A+ Service

I've worked with Evan's on several minor and major fixes of some air conditioning systems I'm responsible for. He is knowledgeable and knows how to create results in a timely manner. In my dozen or so dealings with him I have never been to dissatisfied.

Mr Evens, did a great job at repairing my AC. I called him and he responded in less than 30 seconds. He showed at my house in less than 1 hours, before I finish watching my soccer game he was already done. Highly recommended!

True emergency 24/hrs emergency repair. He was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it and my AC is up and running and it's 10:30 at night and I'm very pleased.

I highly recommend this company. After having a bad experience a couple of weeks ago with a competitor of theirs, I'm quite happy I found A+ to do my repair. They are reasonably priced, friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. I've only met one technician Evens, but if the rest of their team is half as good as him, you'll be in good hands!

Mr. Evens is very informative, knowledgeable and does a great job with cleaning and sanitized the a/c vents. Making sure the a/c unit free of corrosion and debris. Mr. Evens always recommend any helpful suggestions. If you need any maintenance on your a/c, I highly recommend Mr. Evens.

Extremely happy with the service from ESC. Evens was extremely prompt and communicative. When there was an issue with the new unit that was installed (manufacturer defect), he worked non-stop to make sure it was resolved quickly and got a new unit in right away. I’ll for sure be coming back for any future AC needs!
