Extremely bad experience with this company. I was installing a mobile home And I need a Trees installed by the requirements of the county. They couldn’t get nothing straight and nobody would answer my calls after that was another problem getting them to get the sprinkler system installed the right way. The installation of my house was delayed almost a year because of these people Very big nonprofessionals, even though they played themselves knowledgeable

I have lived in my condo building for 12 years. Not until this service was hired did I experience the disregard for residents that this company exhibits. My car (and many others in this parking lot for 183 units) was sprayed with grass clippings and dirt, which quickly became baked into my paint. this required a $130 detailing job to rectify. Three weeks later, the same occurred. Fortunately, I was here at the time and was able to hose down and wipe my car to rid it of the clippings and dirt. When I attempted to speak to the manager (owner) while he was on sight, he dismissed me, saying "I've got to talk to the crew". Today, as in the past, multiple cars were left with dirt and clippings sprayed all over them. Again, this has never happened in the past. Care was taken to avoid having debris impact parked cars. I would strongly recommend against using this company.

Grc has won my vote in their general landscaping maintenance and design, apart from their teams being extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Hats off to the irrigation and tree cutting departments, for going beyond the call. These guys really know how to deliver at critical moments. I reside in Tidewater estates in Deerfield Beach. GRC is responsible for the landscape maintenance. GRC is the absolute worst team of landscapers in South Florida. The teams are not capable to run a weed trimmer and they consistently crop your borders down to the bare dirt. This is not hyperbolic this is truth. I’ve asked the community to stop allowing them on my property as I grew tired of them butchering my landscape, which I tore out the old and put in all new including trees and ornamental shrubs and fruit trees(which they raided my Barbados Cherries 🍒 today). Their mowers do not have sharp blades and at the “run and gun” high speed in which they cut the grass, the dull blades only knock the grass down and it looks like they miss half of the property. Wanna come see how bad they are? Come visit Tidewater Estates near Military and Hillsboro Blvd. GRC does not deserve the money our community pays. Don’t use them. Don’t trust them. And make sure if your community gets a bid from them, don’t allow them to win the bid or contract.

These people have no regard for anything or anyone. They constantly blow all the debris into our screened in patio areas and all over our cars. Even when we are walking in/out of our house, they don’t stop what they’re doing, as any well mannered lawn mower/blower should. Even when we’ve nicely asked these things to change, they were rude and dismissive. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

This is an absolutely TERRIBLE company. They spray the bushes in my development In kings point and got their spray all over my vehicle shown below. I had to pay $77 to get this removed. I called the company and spoke to Aaron the manager to be reimbursed and to let his employees know to be more aware of where they are spraying. Aaron said he would let me know and never got back to me and it’s been over a week. I have witnesses who saw the company spraying by my vehicle. If a mistake is made a company should fix it. This is a terrible company with terrible customer service. I wouldn’t hire them for free! I hope this incident lets you decide for a better company to hire or you will be sadly disappointed

So I've been waiting to write this review for several weeks now. And finally it's time. This company is contracted by our HOA and let me tell you, THEY'RE TERRIBLE IN EVERY WAY !!! This is probably the 20th time they left my house in a TOTAL MESS. They have no clue how to CLEAN UP after trimming or cutting. Maybe you Guys need to stick to Sistrunk Blvd or Broward Blvd area where they don't care about their homes. Clearly Boca isn't for you !!! This is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND WON'T BE ACCEPTED !!! I wouldn't hire them to cut my dogs toenails. Residents of VBB !!! M.A.G.A !!!!!

Our Association has used GRC Landscaping for our tree trimming for several years. They always do a very thorough job making the many trees in our community look great! GRC is professional and their team is courteous. Charles is very nice to work with and GRC takes pride in the finished product at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

A Masterclass in Unprofessionalism

If you're looking for a tree "trimming" service that doesn’t even bother to knock before starting, this is the company for you. Our community hired them for tree maintenance, and they managed to hack away at the green branches of my palm trees, which provided wonderful shade. Instead of just removing a few dead fronds, they stripped away the only cover my windows had from the scorching Florida sun.

When I stepped outside in the rain to confront them about their mess, the entire crew started yelling at me, claiming I didn’t understand tree care. After I took a photo of the number on their truck, they quickly sped off, leaving everything in disarray. If you’re in need of such “professionalism,” give them a call.
