This company is more interested in rushing through the properties rather than doing a quality service.

Trimmed all trees on the entire property, cleaned up and fwent above and beyond. All the staff are very polite and helpful, the entire community looks fresh and clean. Thank you!

Horrible! The absolute worst. They destroyed my landscaping. They use old equipment that damages grass and bushes. They do not show up when they are supposed to and still charge and they leave a huge mess. The crew does not speak a word of English and no supervisor is ever present. The owner, Mario, doesn't return calls for days and when he does he is extremely rude and abusive.

Incredible customer service! I am extremely happy with the work and overall experience. All of their workers are friendly, skilled, and very professional. Definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a landscaping job done effectively and with quality service.

Yesterday they trimmed all the trees and palms in our backyard. They did an excellent job! What a pleasure, the workers are very friendly and willing to please. The supervisor was here all the time and spoke English fluently. I highly recommend them!!!!

This afternoon, I have the opportunity of a brief conversation with Mario the owner of Native Sun Landscape and came to the conclusions: 1. I recognize that his crew do a very good job. And 2. That many times the problems are not with the vendors but with the trilogy of: HOA members, property managers and Lawyers who with their lack of transparency, sometimes, tinted everyone else. I guess that vendors will need to be more careful when dealing with that triology.

No on-site supervision, complete madness. The owners unleash a dozen workers blowing leaves in circles around my property day-in day-out. I cannot work or concentrate primarily because they never finish. The noise and the nonsense never ends. I called the owner to resolve. He is unable to visit the property, unable to supervise his workers and basically blew me off. STAY CLEAR.

As a property manager overseeing multiple properties, I have worked with numerous landscaping companies over the years, but none have impressed me quite like Native Sun. NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and WRECK LESS SERVICE - NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!! 1. On Thursday 10/25 I called and talked to Tanya, telling her that one of her employees had broken my ceramic pot tray while cutting the grass. She said she'll pass my info to the Supervisor. 2. I waited Friday, Saturday, Monday and no one called. 3. I left another message on 10/31, and Mario called me back explaining he thought the issue was resolved but apparently wasn't. (How could it be resolved IF we never talked???) 4. I explained what had happened. This supervisor or owner doesn't have a clue on how to resolve a problem his own employee has caused, in an efficient/professional way. 5. It was like talking to a 15 yr. old Robot. 6. He basically told me that everything outside my garden, its common property and its out there at my own risk. 7. So obviously, the owner or his team DON'T care if you have pots or decor, they simply will ignore them and run over them with their machinery, breaking them. 8. He kept giving me all the possible excuses as to how my plate could have broken, except taking "responsibility" for his own company and employee. Completely washed off his dirty hands from a problem his company caused!!! 9. All I was asking is to please come and pick up the mess his company left after running over my plate with his lawn mower (tons of little pieces broken on my garden) AND replacing my ceramic plate that they broke. 10. Had to hang up on him, cause he just kept giving me the same excuses like a broken cd player. Forgot to add that back in Oct. 2016, they ran into and broke our WATER MAIN going into our House and left the water skirting out the side of our house for hrs!!!! We found out on our own. No apology note, Nothing! The Association had to step in for them to pay and fix it! :/ NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Editing a previous review** At first, I had a hard time getting a hold of someone to help fix issues I was having with my landscaping. Happy to report Mario and his team did an excellent job correcting issues I had with my front lawn. They came out right away and made it look phenomenal. I appreciate them doing their best to get it right. Their expertise helped to fix an issue I was having with a hard-to-grow area. They took good care of my current plants and removed them in a delicate manner so we may re-plant them which they re-planted as well. A special thanks to Ricky as well- the manager who was on site the entire time to ensure the job was done correctly. The team that came along was very respectful, polite, and followed instructions to the T. Thank you again Native Sun, we are very happy with the service.

Man these guys don't use their head when it comes to blowing. They blew dirty water onto my white furnature and tiny rocks onto my cars. Don't recommend these guys.

An employee allows his dog to chase community cats and off the leash at 1030 at night while I was trapping for the community TNR program.. Yes he was driving a work van NATURAL ART AND LANDSCAPE DESIGN and I have left two messages and have yet to get a returned call. Still waiting ! 0 STARS.....I warned him. I will personally get his name.

Highly DONOT recomend this company. Very irresponsible, Disappears and then leaves my house in a mess . So sad , he interviewed so well He started so well but his lack of communication, disorganization and disrespect for his clients is absolutely disarming.

Stay away from this one.

I was sitting having lunch in a shopping center and one of the workers on purpose blew all the grass and dirt onto my car while I was eating. Then critiqued ne for being in my car!!! Very rude workers
