If you're looking for a top notch landscaping company....honestly, look no further! Corey listened to our wants, then designed and delivered an absolutely gorgeous front yard. He was very pleasant to work with, knows his stuff, and showed up on time the day of install. 5 star companies are hard to come by now a days, so I couldn't have been happier to have come across this one when doing my research.
Let me just say that I love, love, LOVE my landscaping!!!

I was referred to Cory by my sister who had a fantastic experience with The Time is Now Design & Build. I was optimistic he and his team could transform my long, narrow back yard landscape bed. I underestimated the outcome! The work they did is unmatched by any company I spoke with and the final result is stunning. Cory walked me through the process in detail, showed me the variety of plants he suggested for the space, and was open to some changes. They showed up ON TIME! The team worked diligently throughout the day to ensure everything was perfect. They also came back to make a few adjustments and to ensure everything was done as committed. I could not be happier!! Cory and his team were outstanding. We didn't know what we wanted to do with our yard and gave Cory a blank slate to work with, subject to any HOA restrictions. He came to do the quote as scheduled and had a quote to us in a very short amount of time. He added all the details we needed in the quote for us to understand exactly what we would be getting. When the time came for the project to begin, he was prompt and communicated what was happening so we had no surprises. He had a team that worked diligently and through hard rain, which we did not expect. The team was sometimes left alone while Cory attended to other business and they were just as responsible and hard working as when he was on site. His, and their, attention to detail and having things done right was commendable and hard to find among the competition and other trades as well. I would not hesitate to recommend him. The work and ideas were top notch. I am attaching an old and new version. The backyard is even better! Thanks to "The Time Is Now Landscaping" for having integrity and follow through with the job at hand.

Cory, Matt and their team did a great job on the redesign of my backyard. The three things I look for in a great business is quality, professionalism and the courtesy to show up on time everyday. This is exactly what they did.

In early February I started looking for a landscaping company because my landscape was getting overgrown and out of hand. My home depot D.I.Y. landscaping project was not cutting it anymore. So after spending a few days searching for a local landscaping company with good reviews, I found “The time is now landscaping”. I’ve read horror stories and bad reviews on other landscape company’s sites. But, Corey’s company had 5 stars so out of curiosity I click on the link and started reading the reviews.
Everyone was pleased with his work and professionalism so, I decided to go with Corey from the first email to physically meeting Corey and everything went smoothly. Corey is great with designing a landscape that will not only fit your needs but, you budget also.

I told Corey that I wanted a landscape with a modern look that was easy to maintain and Corey did his magic sent me a couple of proposals. And don’t be afraid to tell Corey what you like I even went the extra mile and googled the plants and their names to see how they actually looked. Since, Corey was all booked in February; we were set up for early March.
On the day of installation, Corey and is crew removed all the overgrown plants and grass to make room for the new landscape. Corey’s crew was well organized and each crew member had their own specific job. Corey was also getting his hands dirty also which was very impressive. Corey and his did a phenomenal job.

They also rerouted some of my sprinklers so the new plants can receive proper irrigation. I was completely pleased with the service, price and professionalism of Corey and crew. And not to mention they clean up afterwards. Corey did not leave until he was happy with the location of the sprinklers and he made sure there were no leaks anywhere. Corey came back within the week to fill in all the dirt spaces with sod.
Update: 04/29/2021

I contacted Corey about a damaged plant that was damaged by a stray cat approximately a week ago. And Corey set up a time to replace the plant this week. Yesterday I looked over where the damaged plant was and noticed it was replaced. It looked like nothing was replaced that’s how clean the replacement and installation was.
I’m telling you guys... Corey is the best.

Well I want to start off by saying what a pleasure it was to work with Cory! Anytime I had a question about the project Cory was always willing to talk to me about it. I had a few projects done to my house last year and his company was by far the best I worked with. He was honest and always said what he was going to do. I will be calling Cory for future projects!

We could not be happier with our upgraded space! From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, The Time is Now team was fantastic to work with - they are professional, honest, on-time, organized and responsive. Their various crews (travertine, landscaping, pergola) are masters at their craft. Their pricing is up there but very fair for the quality of materials and work. It’s so challenging to find great contractors and we feel so lucky to have had these guys on our backyard project! We would absolutely work with them again for a future project.

We have been going back and forth on what to do with our wreck of a backyard, insert The Time is Now guys. These guys are nothing but top notch. Our backyard renovation went as smoothly and efficiently as one could ask for. 2 weeks to turn our backyard into a paradise that we could only dream of. If you’re thinking about a backyard renovation don’t hesitate and get on these guys’ schedule. You will not regret it!

I could not be happier with the work that Cory and his team did on my backyard!! Before, my backyard had only grass and a wooden fence; No plants or trees. Needless to say, it was very plain and needed work. After careful research, I came across The Time Is Now's Instagram page (highly recommend you check it out, as it serves almost like a portfolio of Cory's awesome work).

I called Cory, who responded right away, and he was at my house the following week, doing a walk-through of my yard. We then went inside and discussed a sort of "vision" I had for the back. He listened carefully, took note, and within another week I had a full quote and hand-drawn design. I loved what he came up with and the pricing was very reasonable.

A couple of weeks later, Cory and his team got to work. They were there early and worked all day for a good 2.5 days. All through-out, my communication with Cory was great. He made sure everything went perfectly according to plan, and at the very end he did another walk-through to make sure I was happy with everything, which I was!!

I couldn't say enough nice things about this business. You can tell it's going to continue to grow successfully, as Cory truly cares about his staff, work, and clients. I am already in talks with Cory about phase 2, my front yard.

Highly recommend The Time Is Now!

The Time Is Now did a full back yard remodel for us. New fence, marble patios, and turf install. Everything was perfect start to finish. Great communication. Project completed ahead of schedule. Every detail was perfect. They cleaned up before they left. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

His team’s quality of work is top notch! We now have the backyard oasis we envisioned. We highly recommend, 5 stars is not enough!!!
