This company damages my turf regularly and has recently destroyed an in-ground pest control port and in-ground irrigation control panel cover. I observe them to be somewhat careless and reckless.

By far THE worst landscaping company. As someone else said their job isn’t complete without a complaint to the supervisor. Forget their foreman because he pays ZERO attention to his crews. This company is reckless, lazy, and ignorant!

We live in The Fields in Lake Worth and our HOA gave our contract to them last year. It seems like nobody knows what they’re doing. Our entire neighborhood’s lawns look atrocious.

This was a big project for us and we were nervous on who to hire. We had 4, 40 foot palm trees removed from our front yard and a whole reconstruction of our front landscaping.

Scott Daniels from Juniper came out and immediately we knew he was the most knowledgeable landscaping guy we had ever met.

He was super courteous, professional and just a down to earth good person. After we signed and began paying, the top notchness of Scott and Juniper didn't change.

Issues came up and they continued to address them in the most positive way.

I sort of wish I had more projects for them to do cause it was all so smooth.

Oh, and they did a perfect job. We couldn't have asked for more.

if there yard workers or anything like the driver that cut me off block traffic on three lanes for five minutes and then flip me off when someone else blow the horn. i won’t trust them to weed eat even

Stay away, far away from these incompetent people. They are the landscapers for my community. They have damaged so many plants in my yard with their careless work, literally mowing over 3 foot tall flowering plants. My grass is nothing but weeds. Don't waste your money, or worse, have them destroy what you already have.

We have lived in 2 different HOAs in Florida over the past 25 years within 2 different communities. During this time we must have experienced 8 - 10 different landscaping companies. Juniper is the 3rd since building our home in Deerfield Beach nearly 5 years ago. By far, Juniper has been the best of the best in quality, response, care for the community and communication. Could not be any happier. Anything we have needed, even recently for a new pool construction, Juniper was on top of the job and completed it perfectly. They are appreciated.

They are doing work in Broward and blocking the entrance to a school. All the parents during drop off had to block a lane on a major road because they chose to block the entrance to the school. We had to hug the truck to drive around and be able to turn into the school and the guy was screaming at drivers who were too close to him. Oh excuse me, you’re right good sir…we are the problem, not your awful driving and disregard for other people (like a school drop off). I chose not to take photos to save face for your unprofessional staff with cigarettes hang out of their mouths screaming at drivers trying to drive around their illegal parking job of blocking a school.

Drivers need to learn how to drive properly and they need to learn how to cut grass properly. They stink don’t use them.

Their job is not completed unless you are there to verify to do it or complain to their supervisor. Pruning bushes are not done well.

There drivers can't drive run stop signs all most causing me to t-bone there truck and trailer. I had to slam on my brakes causing my dog to fly forward. This all happened at oaks and 46th right down there business.

Don't know how their service is but their drivers are obviously looking to bankrupt the company by cutting people off. Strongly suggest to get a better insurance, or get drivers who knows how to follow the road rules.

There drivers need to think twice about what they do, one in the Tamarac area straight ran a red light this morning and then wanted to try to act like he wanted to fight. He almost got his wish but doesn’t realize he would have been hospitalized

Driving down Stirling Rd and this truck sped up to pass a school bus with their stop signs out picking up children. The driver willingly put children’s lives in danger just to end up at the red light with the rest of us who actually stopped. Horrible driving safety standards.

I wasn’t going to post this, but after seeing another review of a dangerous driver perhaps this will reach an owner or decision maker to save a life. We saw a truck fishtail and almost crash several times on the highway to the point where I was able to get it on video. This may not be the driver’s fault, but perhaps the company needs to invest in larger trailers or training on how to pack and drive a trailer safely. This company needs to address this asap as lives are at stake on the road. I’m giving 3 stars to keep the average the same as I do not know their service. Hoping this just reaches somebody.

Still waiting on calls back from Regional, Local and any manager that can answer some basic questions. This place is ridiculous and absolute trash. The reviews, videos and photos speak for themselves. Literally sleeping on the job for hours every time they come to the property, damage vehicles with blowers and mowers, and make the most obnoxious noise longer than needed. As well as high risk drivers every time!

More like land destroyers. Employees literally sleep on the job, don’t speak English, drive extremely reckless and most of all they destroy property (specifically resident’s vehicles when parked). Instead of collecting the leaves and debris they just blow them around on your car and elsewhere. They don’t pick up any rocks that have been blown from the landscape and there’s usually more trash after they leave. Oh and good luck trying to get a hold of anyone in customer service or corporate!

Didn't request a service. But the employees driving have ZERO Respect for those who live in the neighborhoods they service. A driver took the Stop sign turning onto Shotgun Rd and then has the audacity to honk back. Had I not fully stopped I would have crashed straight into his trailer. Not sure what kind of business they run but if this is how they act, you're better off with a different company.

I wish I could give zero stars. Our HOA hired this company and things have gone rapidly downhill for our neighborhood. Our once lush green lawns are now brown and full of weeds and diseased grass. Our brand new community looks thirty years old overnight. Weeds everywhere, dead plants, dead grass. What’s worse is that they constantly break and damage people’s property, and they are sorely understaffed. Their work is inconsistent at best, damaging at worst. Warning to all future HOA boards, do not try to save money by going with this low quality company, they will end up costing you more with dead sod and decreasing property values in the long run.

I am forced to use this company because my HOA has a service plan for the whole neighborhood. They repeatedly edge my grass further and further back away from the driveway and the walkway. There's now a dirt trench in between my grass and the pavers. I have sent them multiple requests to stop doing that. They have done it about 4 weeks straight since I've been sending them requests to stop every single week. I hope this company goes out of business. Look at the photos that grass was originally up to the edge of the pavers. They just keep eating away at it

One of the worst landscaping companies I have ever seen.
They service my entire community and since they started honestly everything has gotten worse:

The previous company used to come once or twice a week like clockwork.
Juniper Landscaping comes so many times I wonder why they need to come so much. It's disruptive. They also park their cars and truck right at the entrance of the community where we get most of our traffic. We even had an accident one day when their trucks were at the entrance.

They damage almost everything they touch. There is no accountability of quality control of any kind (check photos)
The also damage the ends of our downspouts and we replace them every 5 months of so and gutter companies don't just come for that without charging a minimum fee. They bump into all our planters too.

We often find the crew of Juniper Landscaping sleeping around the community on the grass. I understand it's hot and it's hard work but the previous company never did that.
They have damaged my car and it will cost quite a bit to fix.
Their service is awful, they leave skid marks on the lawn. They run over plants and even damaged our fence once.
They don't even trim the hedges well.

The grass have only gotten worse.

The knocked the water box cover over a week ago. Today (8/13/24) they cut the grass again and left it the way they saw it.
It's really bad. I have never seen so much incompetence. Usually companies get a few things right. Juniper Landscaping is awful.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

I have tried with my HOA to sit with them so they can resolve these issues and NOTHING. They talk about meeting but nothing is ever set up. It's been months.
