Recent plumbing crisis. The plumber was able to schedule me the same day. He arrived earlier than scheduled. The plumber showed respect for my property, and was concerned about cleaning up the mess he made. It was an emergency, so I cannot comment on costs. However, the charge was not outrageous. After comparing prices, price was reasonable.

John Raymond knows how to treat customers. John has been an invaluable resource for me over the last four years. He alerts the customer to any issues and suggests cost efficient solutions. He deserves all five stars.

The company who was previously here spent three hours trying hard to sell me things I didn't want, to add to my new system or to purchase a house. It took me a full year of research to realize that I did NOT need what the salesman was trying to convince me to buy! Zeke was honest when he told me we didn't really need these things, but that if we did they would be half the price of the other company... Zeke did a great job! Radiant is a company we've used a few time. Once to install a system and replace the ducting. They were great at customer service and we've been very satisfied with the HVAC system that they recommended. From the beginning to the end, today's service call was a success. The service tech was excellent. I called the company at 7am and said that my AC had stopped working. They immediately set up an open call for me. Jonathan, our service tech was very good. He was considerate, courteous, and knowledgeable as he explained what he did. It was great that he educated me on the system. All while being efficient, and conscious of my tight time schedule. We were back on track in less than an hr and I returned to my job. We are grateful for a quality business. Expertise, knowledge and a real service is worth the price.

Wow so very impressed!!!! In one days time their crew found the problem and started the work to resolve the issues. From the top down (owner of the company to the guys in the trenches) every one was polite, responsive and real loved what they were doing. Working Saturday and a holiday to get the job done. Price was competitive and while an estimate was provided they stayed on budget. Great care was taken as they worked around pool and sprinkler system plumbing. Alan & Jay K.... Black Friday, I received same-day service. After I called for assistance, a service technician was at my home in less than 2 hours.
Jacob was not just professional and polite, but also extremely knowledgeable and skilled. Jacob and customer service were both very patient with me, they answered all my queries and worked together to get the best price.

We have had major sewer back-ups in the past and were finally brave enough to address the root of (and yes, I really mean root) issue. Two men were sent in to dig a massive, deep hole. Then, on day 2, the hydrojetting and lining team arrived. The work was completed on the third day. The hole and rocks were neatly filled. TJ (the project manager) was a very efficient and friendly crew. Each and every person deserves praise for their efforts. Even the payment of the bill was pleasant. We can't say enough thank you.

They were great! Antonio answered and was very thorough and polite. They sent Mark right away and he was very efficient. He fixed the problem very quickly. The only thing is that I thought price was not cheap. It was $165 for the drain snake to unclog the toilet. Highly recommended!
