Dovis Plumbing responded quickly. The friendly competent and efficient technician Janeal easily accommodated my request to replace my sink and faucet instead of just unclogging the multiple drains in my recently purchased condo. Now I understand why my HOA referred them!

Very good plumbing company. The customer service answered my call nicely and quickly processed my request for my leaking water heater. The technician Mark arrived within less than 30min that impressed me. He is knowledgeable and organized and did a great job to install a new water heater in the same day. I really appreciate for his service. I will definitely recommend.

From the first call to the completed work, everyone was professional, courteous, and very helpful. They took out my old water heater and installed a larger new one in the adjacent room as per my request. They installed all new plumbing to the new water heater. The work was top notch. Mark did a great job. Dylan who assisted Mark was also very good and professional. It was also a very fair price for all the work that needed to be done. Highly recommended and I will use them again for any plumbing needs I have in the future.

I wish I had found Dovis Plumbing sooner. I did not have a good experience with the previous two plumbers, as they never installed my water filter system properly and did not even come close to the level of professionalism of Dovis. The technician, Willie, went above and beyond to learn my system and fix the mistakes of previous plumbing companies. There was a leak in my system, and they came out the same day, which I was very impressed with, from start to finish they were incredibly professional, including sending a picture of the technician prior to his arrival for safety. I loved that. And I felt the price was quite fair. Not easy to find good honest people in South Florida. If I could give this company more than five stars, I would.

I left Dovis plumbing a voice mail on Sunday. I received a call back first thing on Monday morning. Ashley was very courteous. They sent a technician the same day and even sent me a text with a picture of the technician half an hour prior to his arrival. I felt that was very thoughtful.

I own a plumbing supply company in CT. I needed a plumbing company that was here in Miami. I happened to see their truck on Collins Ave. I gave them a call and they were very attentive to my needs, I scheduled an appointment and within a day two very nice gentlemen showed up and corrected all my plumbing issues.

Dovis delivered, where the other recommended plumber used by our condo association failed.
Dovis showed honesty, respect and integrity, something I had given up on finding in a plumbing company after a horrible experience with another company refusing to take ownership of their mistakes, misdiagnosing problems, specifying and charging for unnecessary work and over-engineering the solution - by a factor 30!! All while destroying my property through carelessness.
Dovis responded promptly to my request, estimated the needed repair and the cost over the phone. Joel Dalama came to do the job two days later. He laid down blankets and wore shoe covers to protect my floors. He listened to my observations, confirmed that he brought the necessary supplies and parts for a number of scenarios and started work.
He quickly identified the problem caused by mistakes by the previous plumber and provided photo evidence to that effect. He proceeded to specify the needed repairs and explained it would be less costly than first estimated. Mic drop!
He then cleaned up after himself and was out of the door.
Work guaranteed for a year.
I couldn't be happier!

The work involved analyzing the source of a sewage gas leak, uninstalling a toilet, remove incorrectly installed parts and reinstall with proper parts.
