Really nice guys in there. Game new a few reminder tips of the trade and thankfully had the part I needed (unlike home depot). Price was a little high but in the end I got what I needed to get my water turned back on before the wife and kids needed it. Thanks guys!

I highly recommend this place, they are honest and provide expert advice as well as providing the exact part needed for your repair. Of course, it’s going to be much better than trying to figure it out on your own going to Home Depot or Lowe’s and trying to find an associate to help you.

Dano was so kind to spend quite a bit of time helping me with a RO filter situation. In the end he did not carry the parts I needed BUT was able to refer me to a competitor that can. He saved me probably a couple of hours today with his 10 minute phone call. Thanks Dano!!

Professional conduct and friendly predisposition resolved my bathtub leak quickly and efficiently and was actually agreeable working for my budget it's hard to find plumbers who are fair, understanding and accommodating when it comes to those who are financially impaired 👍 would definitely hire again

Needed 2 odd sized washers for a spigot on a 60 year old steamer pot. Helpless Home Depot was a joke, but the clerk at Home Depot said to go to Davie Plumbing. The owner of Davie Plumbing after really searching found 2 washers that actually were better than the originals. My wife's problem was solved which means my problem was solved.

I called at 4:45pm 12/30/13 concerning water coming from the wall behind the water heater. Brennan was very nice and helpful on the phone. He felt it may be the water heater and had set an appointment for Thursday 01/02/14. They asked for a deposit for the service. I gave him $359.01 by phone. After turning off the water to the water heater and the power, the water was still coming from the wall. I called the next morning to let him know it was probably not the water heater but was in the wall. The water didm/t stop until the main was shut off. I didn't want to pay for a water heater I didn't need. The appt was the same at this point.
Shortly later Brennan called me back stating he was trying to fill up his technicians schedule for the day and asked if I could be there between 12 and 1pm. I said I would if I received a call ahead. At 2pm they arrived at my home. I was told it would cost $225 per hour to detect the leak. He removed dry wall and found the leak in less than 15 minutes. It was obvious where it was due to the noise. At that point he stated it was "complicated repair" and would cost me a total of $975 before tax to repair. This difficult repair involved replacing a plastic poly tee. This difficult repair took about 20 minutes. I feel that I was pressured into this excessive charge for a total time of less then one hour. On top of that they charged tax on the $750 labor charge. Labor is not taxable in Florida. I called the office on 01/02/13 to discuss the charges. I would have done it on the day of the repair but was told they closed at 1pm. He felt that $1033.50 for less than an hours work was fair. I questioned the tech as to why the high price and he stated it was "emergency work and very difficult". I didn't suggest them coming that day, They called me due to lack of work. When I questioned Brennan about that he said the charges would have been the same had they arrived on Thursday. I asked to speak with someone above him and he stated that would be the owner who is too busy. I feel ripped off and and now have a big hole in the wall. The only plus is that I do not have the leak and I now have water.
A doctor does not charge these high fees. If replacing a plastic tee is so difficult maybe he should be in another line of work. I will not be calling Davie Plumbing Supply for anything in the future. At these rates, who could afford to?

Excellent customer service! Dano helped me out and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes after I wasted a whole day looking for the right parts for my sink at home depot. Im not a plumber and he was kind enough to explain to me how to put everything together. Got home and put everything together in less than 20 mins....thanks for all the help!!

We called Davie Plumbing to have a look at our leaking toilet. I was impressed when they said a tech would be here in about 30 min, that was nice, and then I met the tech, explained the problem, and left him to fix it. He took the toilet out and put some parts in etc etc, its a rather old home and toilet. I think it was more than half an hour, and he had put everything back, and said the problem was more than he had expected, seems we will need a new toilet. He said there was NO CHARGE for the labour or parts he had already installed, this is amazing in today's world, what a NICE man... So i had to tell everyone about this wonderful company...!

I intend to spread this good news to all of my co-workers and neighbors....!

Stellar service and knowledgeable staff! Don’t go anywhere else for your plumbing needs. I couldn’t find what I needed at the big box stores but these guys only needed 2 seconds to tell me what my issue was and had the parts I needed in stock! I’ll be calling them to install new new lumping in my home during my bathroom remodel next year! Awesome!

I don't know who some of these other reviewers dealt with, but I dealt with Dano and he was quite helpful. We bought a shower bar from Home Depot, which, I did not know, is basically a shower head with a couple sprayers. My contractor said I needed a valve. I decided to go to a plumbing supply house instead of Home Depot or Lowes. Dano was very helpful. He sold me the valve and part of a shower head kit (I did not need the head, but I did need the handle and other parts. I may have paid a few dollars more than one of the big box stores, but I was happy to support a small business and my wife and I greatly appreciated the personal service.

This shop seems to have at least one of every part you might need that Home Depot never stocks. Thank you for having a 11/4" slip to male 90 elbow.

Best customer service. Prior to going to Davie plumbing and supply , I went to Home Depot and Lowes for help in fixing a faucet. They couldn’t help, but the owner Dan, helped me accomplish the project. I highly recommend this company

I will start by saying I am NOT a plumber, a subcontractor, or any other kind of handyman. I needed a connection part for an appliance at my home. I openly admitted that I had no idea exactly what size I needed. Again, I know that is not helpful to anyone who works there. But.....the attitude of the person behind the counter could not have been any more smug or sarcastic if he tried. Even chuckled at my ignorance. I left and went to the Home Depot where they took the time to help me find the part I needed. I do not know plumbing. I do not know terminology, I do not know parts. But what i DO know is that I will NEVER step into Davie Plumbing again. What else I know, is that I will be certain to tell anyone and everyone who asks for a recommendation to NEVER use Davie Plumbing for anything. And to the gentleman behind the counter....the 80s called and they want their single diamond earring back.

Dano was an absolute delight! He certainly is a master of his craft. I brought him a problem that our own plumber could not figure out and within 5 minutes, Dano had not only solved the problem, but explained in detail what it was that had stumped our plumber! I would wholeheartedly recommend this specialized shop to anyone, as their customer service and attention to detail is second to none!
