The guy who drives the Van license plate Y23PBD was working today at Arrowhead Condominium in Davie and was the most disrespectful technician I have ever met.

Mr. Ganz was short on help so I had to wait a while as I didn't have an emergency. But he did excellent work and fixed my problems.

I've used ganz probably 6-8 times between two homes. I've had them fix a water leak at the meter, replace the house water valve, install a dishwasher etc... Never an issue and would recommend them.

Its unfortunate they dont offer zero stars as an option. Stay very clear of owner Mr. Ganz... Extremely rude is as polite as I can be. Talks to you as if your a 2yrs old and has the personality of a soda can. Lady who answer phones however is pleasant.

In response to Mr Ganz reply... Here's receipt for work performed and technician came to house 1 add'l time only to tell me that 1) he doesnt have parts to replace tub drain 2) technician advised Mr. Ganz asked him to back to their shop to decide if they even want to get involved with add'l work of replacing main and overflow drain.. (What didnt I pay for?)

Needless to say, $29 later, all tub issues were fixed by an extremely reputable and friendly operation..

Called to make an appointment and lady told em that i had to call next week since they are booked this week. My issue is not urgent so i asked to schedule me for the next week and she told that she can’t do it and call next week. She admitted that they work this week on last weeks appointments but she can’t make an appointment for me for the next week??? I hope the owner will respond to my comment and explain why they don’t want to provide services to me.

Kevin from Ganz Plumbing was awesome! He got the job done in 30 minutes so we didn't have to pay for any extra time and he had all the parts necessary. I would absolutely hire Ganz again!

Excellent service and customer interactions. I had a toilet that wouldn't flush and plunging only temporarily fixed the issue for each use. I called at 7:45 on a Wednesday morning, and Rosie dispatched Jose who was here in about an hour. After some troubleshooting, he realized the issue was near the drain connection to the sewer (I'm not a plumber, so I'm wording this the best I can). Within another 15 mins, he had the clog removed -- half of a t-shirt. Rosie and Jose both had great friendly attitudes. I *hope* I don't have to use them again, but I wouldn't hesitate to call if I have any more plumbing issues! :)

The owners' sons Brian and Brad both came out to service a leak we were having in our ceiling in the kitchen today on July 5th. We had to pay to have them come out, but they find to the leak without having to take any of the wall apart. (Unlike their competitors whole all wanted to tear apart our walls) The leak was coming from our bathroom, and they assured that if the same leak occurred, they would come back at no extra charge to see what the problem was. They were very personable and respectful of the people in our house. They even recommended the best South Florida surfing spots. Definitely recommend!

I decided to hire Ganz Plumbing after looking through the great reviews on Angie's List. I called and set up an appointment which was scheduled for the same day at a convenient time (2 p.m to 5 p.m). I was told that if they could get here sooner someone would call. They called at 1:00 and said he was available. They arrived shortly thereafter and once they determined what the problem was, we discussed the price and they went straight to work. I felt the price was fair and reasonable and did not in anyway feel over sold or pressured to buy "extra" services. The technician was friendly and professional and did a great job with no mess! I will definitely hire them again for any plumbing needs.

Ganz Plumbing has serviced us and all family members for decades. We not only depend on Ganz Plumbing but also used them for 30 years in additions on existing homes as well as construction on new custom home built by us. Ganz Plumbing is a family business. Their longevity of success is due to the highest level of integrity and quality workmanship. They are wonderful to deal with and well worth the cost. You will never find anyone better.

Used Ganz for 4 years for several plumbing jobs around my house. They were prompt and good. However my recent experience was HORRIBLE!!! After several calls and requests to have a sink installed, they did not return my calls, could not schedule me and finally when they did schedule me they called the next day to cancel stating they were too busy. This was over a 3 week period. Ridiculous and unprofessional. I have since found another fantastic plumber who I will be using from now on and am planning a remodel of my master shower. Ganz......you have lost a customer!
