Called Joe Cole Plumbing for an estimate for a water heater replacement. They were able to send out a plumber with 24 hours. AJ Baptiste was prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Very pleased with the experience. He patiently answered all of our questions.

Christian came out and did a complete check of my home to determine if there was a leak. He was efficient and thorough. This is my second time using Joe Cole Plumbing and I would use them again and recommend them highly!

Joe Cole Plumbing originally came to my house to unhook my gas range for a return. Joe found that the previous plumber had not converted my range from natural gas to propane when it was installed which could have caused serious issues for my family. He was able to quickly assess and figure out the issue. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

I just had another great experience with Joe Cole Plumbing. I had an emergency issue and they were very fast and responsive to the voicemail I left, calling me back quickly and immediately dispatching a plumber. Andy was excellent. He was smart, professional and he took his time to help me understand the issue and what needed to be done. This time, it was a toilet repair issue that was causing a large water leak. They also diagnosed, fully explained and gave me an estimate for a larger repair for my shower. I have used Joe Cole for over 10 years, at my home and businesses, and I highly recommend them. Services I've received have included everything from locating leaks on a large, several acre property to emergency plumbing and back flow repair, as well as simple issues like my dishwasher not draining properly. They're always been fast and they have up front and reasonable prices.

I had a plumbing service performed and it was good, but there was a slight issue and they came back and made it right for me. They were very conscientious in making sure I was happy and the work was completed to my satisfaction. Sebastian was the gentleman who was sent out on the follow up and he did a fantastic job. I had a great experience with Joe Cole Plumbing from the initial phone call to the follow up contact. I had a slab leak that was identified by a leak detection company. I asked if they had plumbers with experience in fixing this type of leak and they did. Jay came to check it out and explained how to resolve it and provided a quote which was in line with other quotes that I received. He was the first person that I felt was really knowledgeable and I was confident that the job would be done properly. They also replaced the hot water heater. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend Joe Cole plumbing.
