Had the then come out to my place twice. Both times I was met with incredibly helpful and respectful gentlemen. They did a great job with the quality of replacing a shutoff valve and hose valve the first time, and the second time of very respectfully and patiently showing me how the shutoff valve actually was working properly lol. Great experiences with young men who represented the company in a great light.

AJ from Joe Cole Plumbing arrived at my home to discuss an 80 gal water heater installation & relocating the new unit from the laundry room to the garage. AJ was extremely helpful & knowledgeable as we discussed the installation process and explained in detail what they would do to ensure a good quality install. AJ provided 3 different water heater options and provided the quotes before leaving the house. Highly recommend AJ and Joe Cole Plumbing. Will definitely proceed with them for the new install.

AJ was our guy and without him we personally would have kept searching for plumbing services. Friendly, professional, and matter-of-fact with his assessments and recommendations.

He replaced the valves underneath our sink efficiently and ensured there were no residual leaks after completing his work. He also very willingly looked at other valves we had questions about around the house, and patiently answered all our questions. No sales pressure, and a good attitude, we highly recommend Joe Cole, and AJ in particular for the next plumbing project we have.

Had a drain issue which caused a back up and Paul and Pearson came out and cleared it right up. They were even here 15 min before the appt time! This is the second time I use this company (first time was a gas water heater install) and they have been great. Super friendly, on time, knowledgeable and great work! Highly recommend!

Joe Cole Plumbing swapped out and installed a new water heater for my house. Christian was prompt, professional, and fast yet efficient. Their service manager Jason also stopped by to check and see how the job was progressing. He also helped Christian out for a while to make the installation that much smoother. The technician Gabriel was excellent. I called after having a bad experience with a "plumber." Gabriel came to assess the current state of all of the bathroom plumbing, including the poor work done previously. He was thorough, patient, and clearly explained his evaluation to me, answering all of my questions, and he provided options for moving forward. It was like night and day--it makes all the difference in the world to work with a tradesperson who truly knows the trade and is skilled and experienced.

Sebastian came out to fix our garbage disposal which stopped working. He was so quick and got it a tin lid out of the pipe that we had no idea was there. He was very friendly and communicative throughout the process. We will definitely be using him again!

Then Joseph Galindo arrived with a new toilet and handled the entire installation with exceptional professionalism. He consistently checked with me at every stage of the project to be sure I was satisfied and happy with the results. His attention to detail and customer care were second to none.

Jimmy did an excellent job repairing my Gas Line to the barbecue grill. They made sure they assisted in checking the water heater, my fire bowls and my generator to make sure everything was up and working before they left. Joe Cole Plumbing did an amazing job and I would definitely recommend them to others. They cleaned up and took everything away. Very professional job

There are no better plumbers than Joe Cole Plumbing. In the six six weeks, they have done work at a condo that is used for my family when vacationing Broward County as well as they have work done at my condo in southeast Fort Lauderdale. They have replaced toilets, installed new fixtures, installed a MOEN device to detect water leakage when the condo is not occupied (which was an amazing suggestion that I had never even contemplated), replaced plumbing in a shower, etc. Previously, they installed a new hot water heater and it was the same high level of service. Everything they do is first class. They are the ultimate professionals and are absolutely a pleasure to deal with. I don’t often take the time to write a review but when you find professionals, especially AJ, you want others to benefit from their service and expertise. They provide you an estimate and they stick to it despite. In my opinion, you can’t do any better than this company if you have plumbing needs of any kind.

Joseph and Federico got the job done so quick!!!! Our garbage disposal was jammed for a week and don’t have an Allan key to unjam it and Joseph got creative and fixed it quickly! Highly recommend them for any plumbing issues!

The dial on the city water meter was spinning and we knew we had a leak. We were quoted from 2k to 3k to find leak and repair it. i thought that was a little insane.
I found and located the leak myself but needed help with the plumbing. We called Joe Cole plumming. They gave us a quote and responded promptly to fix our issue..
The person sent to us was named Paul.
He was courteous, friendly, fast and efficient. He explained the entire process from beginning to end and entertained questions throughout his visit. When he turned the water back on the spinning meter had stopped. I would recommend and ask for Paul if anyone else has plumbing issues.
