Reviews of local pros in Davie, Florida

Best in South Florida!!! I have experienced their customer service and interactions on several occasions. Anita, Ryan, and Mike Junior deserve recognition for my review, but one visit to the facility will prove that what is behind the scenes is what you get in your home. Immaculate, organized, professional, friendly, truly exceptional quality work & integrity, they are faithful to a customer focused business!

Edwin was very professional and did an excellent job. Every piece looks spotless and refreshed. We’ll certainly be using your services again for our routine cleanings.

We had a small water leak which caused red dye from a blanket to stain my hand knotted (expensive) Persian oriental rug. They were able to remove the stain which was approx 10" x 2 ". The cleaning also provided a vibrant new look to the entire rug! Thank you!

Tech arrived exactly on time and client was very impressed. Attention to details and treatment of spotty areas was excellent. Once again you have provided top notch service !!

Technician Ethan arrived on time and did a great job on the area rugs. Ethan was professional, courteous, organized and communicated what was being done and how long it would take to complete.
Also appreciated assistance from Anita who helped schedule the visit and provided information pertaining to the cost to clean the area rugs.
Area Rugs look and smell clean. Job well done. Thank you!

Service was perfect. Your technician was polite, efficient and did a 5 star job on our carpet. You are fortunate to have him with your company. You have been doing our carpet a long time and we you have our confidence. All your personnel are excellent but this was the best. Please thank him for us. 😊

The best carpet+ other cleaning company in Broward County! I have been a customer for many years. The team of assistants have been extremely professional, kind and elite people. They truly place their customer's first and I cannot state enough great things about the quality of their cleaning services.

Dry-Concepts is very professional. They did a great job cleaning my rugs. They came on time and picked up my rugs. They carfully measured exactly where my rug were positioned and put them back in the exact same spots. I would highly recommend them

This is the first time I've used their service, and I am impressed with the entire process from beginning to end. Terry and Alex were professional and explained the cleaning process. I have used other companies to clean my rugs, but they have not delivered the results I got with Dry-Concepts. My silk rug looks amazing! I am very pleased with the work they did. I will continue to use them and refer them. Thanks for your outstanding service!

Our previous steam cleaner went out of business and these guys were the first ones to get back to me. They set up an appointment quickly for me. The cleaning tech showed up at the first hour of the arrival window which is awesome, no waiting all morning. The cleaning tech was also very friendly and did a great job on our couches. You’ve earned a new regular customer.
