Reviews of local pros in Davie, Florida

Gary and crew were amazing. They showed up each day right on time and did work quickly, efficiently, and appropriately. Everything was done well! Gary is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with mold issues! Gary and Linda were always so responsive and helpful! When we had insurance issues, they were extremely patient and kind. They were willing to help in any way possible. We will recommend Gary again and again!

Linda and her whole team were great from start to finish. First, she helped me by recommending an inspector and explaining everything they’d do to test for mold, and explained what was likely going on (my cats all getting asthma) would trace back to my AC ducts. Following the report, which confirmed I had mold in my AC ducts, she gave me a rough estimate and then had guys come by to look at all my AC ducts and confirm the estimate. They also hired an AC contractor for me so I didn’t need to find one. Throughout this process I had many questions and she always responded kindly, quickly, and thoroughly. It was great as a woman to work with another woman closely as well. The actual remediation took place and I swear these were the most on time and prompt group of people I’ve ever had work on my house. I left a lockbox for them and they put the key back and made sure it wasn’t visible every time they left. My house was fully covered to protect all my surfaces and was completely clean when I returned, probably cleaner than how I left it lol. And the best part is of course that the follow up lab tests confirmed I don’t have anymore mold! I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

Linda and Gary are Elite Teachers Who Break Down the Sciénce of Mold and assesment and Remediation. I Reccomend this course to anyone trying to climb up the ladder of Success.

Linda quickly responded to my text inquiry and was both thoughtful and thorough. Gary did the free inspection. He was on time, friendly and highly knowledgeable. He recommended that I use a simple handyman to remedy my case. This company is very honest and won't charge you for unnecessary work. Thank you!

The service provided is second to none. Gary and Linda take such pride in their work. They also put so much care into ensuring that you truly understand working with Mold Remediation and Mold Assessment. This is far beyond any past training I have ever received. They are in a class of their own. I highly recommend using Gary and Linda for all Mold Training.

Gary and Linda were extremely helpful and responsive after we had received a mold report with recommendations that seemed extreme and inappropriate. They put my mind at ease, and I felt happy to engage their services. In the end our property sold within 24hrs of meeting Gary, so we didn’t proceed with the remedial work. Both Gary and Linda had been recommended to me by a trusted friend.

I called the phone number I found on their website on a Saturday afternoon and Linda promptly answered all of my endless questions. The support I had from her was priceless. She helped me with everything, from how to fill out the application to answering science related questions. Gary, the professor who teaches the class, is a very knowledgeable person and explained concepts very clearly. They both love helping students. All thumbs up!

Gary and Linda are top notch in my opinion. The training is great and definitely helps you ace the test but I was baffled by how available they are to help you with any questions or issues you have getting started. I'm glad I searched through multiple sites to find out where to get my license (not easy to figure out how to get certified thanks to DBPR). I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone interested in getting their Mold Assessor or Remediator license in Florida.

10/10. Amazing Service! Fast, Responsive, and Professional. Linda and Gary are amazing to work with. I highly recommend using Certified Mold for you next Remediation.

Gary and Linda were extremely helpful! I am extra thankful that I went through them to become certified.

Gary and Linda at Certified Mold Free Corp have helped me with water remediation several times at two locations, Coconut Grove and Pinecrest. They know what they are doing. They do good work and do not cut corners. They are responsive and show up when the say they will. I find that the quality and care of the work justify the cost.

This company is very professional and reliable and charged me the best affordable fee compared to its competitors. The mold in my apartment was taken care in 2 days of work. I strongly recommend it!

I wanted to find a company that could certify the air quality of my property. Having Dr. Rosen inspect the house was not only an incredible learning experience but also demonstrated the highest level of professionalism. I believe this may be the only company with a PhD in Biochemistry that carries out the work of a contractor—scientific rigor and practical action in one.

I took the training for Mold Assessor and Remediator and as a long time professional in the industry this was by far the best class I have taken. Exceptional information and matter of fact presentation. I would recommend anyone in the country interested in these trainings to focus your efforts learning from this group. Thank you for the information and teaching me the right way to remediate and assess mold.

Dr. Gary and Linda are the best in the biz! They made my my experience to get my license a breeze! Informative, helpful, and very thorough with all their material. You were pointed in the right direction if you are here! Money well spent!

After conducting extensive market research and meeting with several contractors, I can confidently say that Certified Mold Free Corp offers the absolute best service for a fair price—don’t waste your time looking elsewhere! They immediately stood out with a level of professionalism and a thorough strategic approach that no other contractor matched. Working with Linda, Gary, and the team was an outstanding experience; they were incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, and efficient throughout the entire process. The results far exceeded our expectations, and if I ever need similar work done, they are definitely the only professionals I will hire.

Highly Recommend!!! Certified Mold Free Was a Lifesaver

We had mold remediation work done back in September by another company (ProSev), and unfortunately the issue was not resolved. When we reached back out, they would not guarantee their work, leaving us stuck in a stressful situation with no clear solution.

Certified Mold Free came in and completely course-corrected the project, and we are so grateful we found them. They not only removed the mold properly, but they also identified the root cause, fixed the issue, and put everything back together afterward. Most companies only handle one piece of the process, but Certified Mold Free truly handled everything from start to finish.

Their communication was excellent throughout the entire project, which made a huge difference. The team they sent onsite was always on time, clean, courteous, and professional, and they treated our home with care and respect.

On top of all of that, they came in at a better price than almost everyone else we spoke with and delivered far better service and results.

I would recommend Certified Mold Free over and over again. If you need mold remediation done correctly the first time, this is absolutely the company to call.

I’ve been working with Leila for years, and it’s honestly hard to put into words how satisfied I am with her. She is incredibly detail-oriented, professional, and truly takes pride in her work. She cleans every corner of the house as if it were her own, paying attention to even the smallest details. Every time she finishes, my home feels spotless and fresh.

Most importantly, she is extremely trustworthy. You can confidently leave your home in her hands without any hesitation. She is always on time, reliable, and completes her work with great care and dedication. Finding someone like her is very rare.

We’ve been working together for years, and I’m so grateful we found each other. I highly recommend Leila to anyone looking for someone dependable, thorough, and truly exceptional at what she does.

Absolutely recommend!

I had a great experience with LJ Cleaning. My apartment was left spotless, with attention to detail throughout. The balcony windows, in particular, turned out beautifully—completely clear and polished.

The space feels fresh, bright, and very well cared for. I would definitely recommend their services.💗✨

Can’t wait to see them AGAIN!!!!

Great service…very professional and competitive pricing
