Brad andJuan and did an awesome job of explaining how Solar can save me money. They were able to answer all of my questions and more. They were very knowledgeable and looking forward to our next appointment.

I only work with Zion, the owner of the company, and have had a positive experience overall. We encountered a few hiccups along the way, particularly with the subcontractor AA Glass, who was horrible. However, Zion addressed the issue promptly by firing them and using his own team instead. Every problem I raised was either fixed or is in the process of being fixed. Zion is a very nice guy, and I will definitely do business with him again.

My neighbor Jeff recently hired this company to replace all his windows and doors. Initially, there were a few issues with the installation, but the company promptly addressed them. The end result looks fantastic, and Jeff is very pleased with the quality of the work. Their responsiveness and commitment to making things right were impressive. Overall, it seems like a great choice for window and door services.

Optimum Contractors replaced my roof and did an outstanding job. The work was precise, clean, and completed on time. The team was professional, courteous, and always available to answer my questions. I’m extremely happy with the results and highly recommend them.

I haven't heard from them in almost 2 weeks after making initial call. I was suppose to get an estimate within 2 or 3 days and just now I got something. But thankfully they stalled. While waiting I contacted "A licensed roofing company" in Davie. And within 2 days I not only got a quote, but they will be out Tuesday to get the job done. On top of that their quote is very similar to rainbows, but they are doing way more. Adding a gutter, painting and replacing all facia, not just rotted facia.

1) Roof hadn't leaked in 9 years until it did and we had water coming through a bathroom ceiling with damage to the drywall. Called Rainbow based on reviews.
2) Nice guys showed up for the estimate, but came a day late! Said they had "emergency" estimate to do in Miami. Price was mid-range to high, but they had good reviews, so we hired them.
3) After adjusting our work schedules to accommodate Rainbow roofers,they no showed for repair. Said weather was to blame, but there was little or no rain in our area. This happened 2 days in a row, albeit with emails from Mr. Segal on the morning they were supposed to be there.
4) Following second no show, I called to say don't bother, especially when the nice lady who answered the phone said she knew nothing about the appointments and couldn't reach the workmen.
5) Tropical storm Erika was supposed to hit, so when Mr. Segal called to apologize and promised the workmen would come the next day I agreed, since, at that point, it would have been near impossible to find someone to get the job done in time.
6) Workers came the day before the attenuated storm hit. Said they fixed the leak, but left the tiles off for repair to "settle." Other roofers have told us, in the past, in a different house, that this is done to wait to be sure the problem is solved, as roof leaks can be tricky and it is not uncommon not to get it right the first time.
7) It rained the next night and water poured in again, from the same exact place.
8) Called Rainbow to dispatch workers again. This time they came in a more timely fashion and worked on it again (didn't take more than a few hours), and said problem was fixed.
9) Second attempt was successful, but Mr. Segal wanted us to pay $500.00 extra because they had to come back. Said there were 2 leaks, not one, that hadn't been recognized at the time of the estimate (coincidentally in the same place, at the same time?).
10) My husband called to question this. Mr. Segal finally agreed not to charge extra to do the job they were supposed to do in the first place. Mr. Segal said "don't call us again." Don't worry. WE WON'T and neither should anyone reading this!

About a month ago my wife hired this company to repair a roof leak on a 10x 15 sloped tile roof. After 3 weeks we have a major leak the entire length of the living room. We were given a 1yr repair warranty and Marc would not return any phone calls or emails. My wife finally spoke with the secretary and she rudely hung up on her with no solution to fix our roof. At this point I am going to pay another roof company 2700 to fix the same leak. As unprofessional as this business is I highly recommend staying far away from them. I have never taken the time to review a business before but people need to hear this before hiring them. This business does not stand by their work!!!

Have used Rainbow Roofing for 1 commercial project and also 2 personal roof repair jobs. The commercial project was fairly extensive and included some structural re-engineering. Their work was excellent and was completed on time.

I also used them on two different roof leaks on my house. They found the source of the leaks and took care of the repairs very quickly

Rainbow replaced our roof with a Stevens Roof, since then Stevens was purchased by Dow Chemical Roofing. We started having leaks earlier this year. Rainbow responds quickly to such calls. The repairs were not enough to hold back leaks, Dow send out a independent expert to inspect the roof and the rood was replaced this June under warranty. Again, Rainbow was quick to react and the longest delay is the permitting process.

I had them install a new roof on my house and repairs at my office. After dealing with several other roofing companies I found Rainbow to be honest, and do excellent work.
I would highly recommend them.

We had a bit of an extra-ordinary experience with Rainbow roofing, however I am overall pleased with the outcome. Rainbow Roofing Solutions was hired by my HOA to preemptively repair the roof to my condo and building before this current hurricane season. Unfortunately while they were repairing the roof over my unit there was an unexpected storm and my unit was flooded. Quick response from the roofing team saved my unit from some unnecessary damage. The company owner handled the situation very well and provided all the information I requested and went above and beyond what was required to ensure that my unit was fully repaired and all damaged was reconciled. I would recommend Rainbow Roofing to friends and family.

I have worked with Marc and the Rainbow Roofing crew on many occasions. They have always proved themselves to be professionals and know their business inside and out. This year our association replaced the roof on a 52 unit 3 floor condominium. From start to finish Marc and his team were a pleasure to work with. The permit process was quick and painless as was the installation of the roof. If I didn't see them on the roof I would not even know they were there… they did a great clean up job and of course our roof doesn't leak. The only problem….I may not get to work with Marc again for another 15 or 20 years.

Our community hired Rainbow Roofing Solutions, to redo our roofs, and we were very pleased with the performance, and the professionalism that was present from the owner, Marc. The work was handled without a hitch, the workers were polite and considerate; once the job was completed all debris and equipment was removed from the area in a timely manner. Great job!
