Perfect connection came to provide a plug to hard wire conversion for our hot water heater. They were professional, timely and gave us good information about our heater and electrical system should we need to replace the heater that we would not otherwise have known. Highly recommend!

Called them and the same day they went to my house, I couldn’t get there right away and Joan solved all the electrical right away. He sent me all the pictures, didn’t have to explain much, very proactive and efficient and his boss sent me the copy of invoice as soon as requested. Will definitely using them again well priced they don’t waste time and very honest.

We had a great overall experience with Jarod and Perfect Connection. I’ve worked with them on a couple of occasions. We needed new feeder cables installed and we got several quotes. Perfect connection was the most reasonably priced and based on other reviews I decided to have them do the work. They did a great job. They’ve also been responsive when an electrical issue wasn’t resolved after the work they did. They have been willing to talk to me to try and find a resolution and have come out very quickly to do a diagnosis to correct the problem. I’d recommend working with Perfect Connection for your electrical needs.

I was very happy with their work and prices. I really called many places and was given higher prices for changing an outdated electrical panel, replacing 2 fans and dealing with light switches too. Jarod really hooked me up with a fair price.

Everett was the guy that came. He was very good. He had to come back the next day and he was on time both days got his work done fast and was just very good to work with. I would strongly refer this company and I will be in the future. They were everything that you would want in a honest electrical company.

Perfect Cinnection is always my first call for electrical services at my home. This is the 2nd time that I needed an electrical outlet installed behind a TV mounted on the wall so I wouldn’t have to see wires to another wall plug. It was installed perfectly and the wall patched - all I have to do is touch up paint t. They provided On- time professional service for me once again.

Perfect Connection Electrical service is profoundly professional. The owner'of the company is Jared and he does very clean work. I just ordered a Tesla Model 3 arriving in a few days and I needed quick reliable service at a reasonable price. Jared was very informative with me on the phone and was able to tell me exactly what he would do to make sure the work was done in a timely fashion. Jared was on time and delivered true workmanship. Response to owner: Proof that you don't listen, I compared your prices to a PLUMBER and an HVAC worker, both certified and both don't charge $189 an hour just to come out and diagnose the issue. I said I had a handyman look at the electricity issue and decided to call an electrician....so please don't put words in my mouth. Also, I called at 8:30PM your mobile and first thing I said was "apologies if it's too late but we can talk a different time if it is but you said it was fine to speak" so please don't make it sound like we spoke at 10pm as your business hours are until 7PM according to your business page. Also, just to be clear, my issue was not just the pricing that is outrageous but the disrespect, the talking over me, the telling me I don't know what an electrician job is or mean, and the arrogance because a price is always negotiable but an attitude problem is not. Also, just to be clear, I had made it clear that this was not going to work out due to the disrespect again, yet here you are saying, we are not for every client, making it sound like you walked away from the job when I said this is obviously not going to work! oh and FYI, I spoke to more companies after I spoke to you and no one charges nowhere near what you charge just to come out and see what an issue is so please review pricing prior to telling me that you are priced fairly and I'm the one who doesn't know what I'm talking about.......and MOST importantly, please learn to be respectful to customers and don't talk over them and disrespect them

Condescending, disrespectful, unprofessional, simply rude and impossible to talk to because he keeps talking over you and does not listen to the customer’s need. The fee he charges you just to come out and see the problem is insanely overpriced, and if his time goes over an hour he charges you a second outrageous fee and if you try discussing it with him, he talks over you to say to check the reviews and ask if you know what an electrician is and what it takes to do his job so again like I said, condescending and a bit too arrogant to my taste. Someone who keeps talking over the customer is not someone I can trust handling any electrical issues I have, because if you don’t listen to what the customer is saying and keep interrupting them, then that shows me that the job will not be done right because you need to actually hear what the issue is!

These guys were great! Quick clean installation and wiring of a ceiling fan where there was no previous wiring. Definitely will call them again and recommend to everyone.

The two men came out to repair and install electrical outlet for water heater did a good job that I am happy with so far. They were efficient and professional. I would use their service again for other jobs around the house.

Miguel was great! Very friendly and spent the time to answer my questions. Troubleshooted my dead spotlights, installed several smart light switches and a ring floodlight. Fair pricing. Recommend!

Electrician and apprentice showed up on time and installed replacement circuit breaker for my new hot water heater without any issues. Left the job neat as when they arrived. Was very nice to see that the company employs the apprentice full-time and pays his tuition at local trade school 4 year program.
