At first when looking around I had difficulty finding a company who would be reliable and listen to my exact needs, fortunately for me I came across Emerald Isle online and I called the number . Throughout the process niall and ena assisted me on the exact designs I wanted done to out home . They made suggestions that allowed me utilise me space even more while have a beautiful design and more importantly if there was anything I asked of them the were readily available to help. Excellent customer service skills and expertise , I can recommend them enough

Padraic, one of the owners, won me over with his honesty during our first phone call. Once we met in person I knew I wanted Emerald Isle to handle the electrical work on our renovation spurred by a roof leak. The price was reasonable for South Florida that can seem so outrageous. Great communication with Eddie and his team as they worked through our list of work including electrical panel upgrade, installing can lights, and assuring electrical throughout our house was safe and upto dated. Emerald Isle Electric made us feel like a valued customer all the way through.

Mario removed 1 chandelier and 1 light fixture. I called Emerald Isle at 12:00 and they sent the technician within the hour. Mario was here on time. Very respectful young man. 5 stars for Emerald Isle electric.

My husband and I hired Emerald Isle electric for a job in our house and we were treated with no respect. The job is still not done after we tried to contact them many times with no response. We lost money paying for a job that was not finished. Unfortunately, I would not recommend their service.

Liz for setting us up with Mario C for electrician was the first easy button. Many folks like me may live in an HOA and thus having a licensed person is critical. Liz got us a copy of the license and sure enough HOA did ask for it. Secondly is Mario C who did the work was exceptional I would highly recommend Mario both in his workmanship and cleanliness. An A+++++ experience.

Thank you Eddie. Emerald Isle Electric is A #1. I needed an electrician within two days. I went down the list calling, but none were able to accommodate me. Except, I called Mr. Patrick of Emerald Isle and got a call back. He related that they were very busy and might not be able to do the job within the time frame I wanted. I explained the urgency and he agreed to have an electrician at my home on that Friday (i called on Wednesday). I told him the work I needed done and he gave me a ballpark estimate. The guys showed up two days later, explained to me in detail what was required and how much it would cost. Eddie and the other young man did a fantastic job. I was very pleased. It's nice to deal with a business who does the job right and at a reasonable price. I will be using them in the future for any electrical work I need. Once again, thank you Eddie and thank you Patrick.

I had a simple issue to resolve, but being in the middle of a move, I had no tools to do it myself. However, Liz assigned Mario to me and he quickly took care of my problem and did an inspection. While the items he found were not major items, they could have cost me if the buyer noticed it. So, the extra cost to get my electric up to code, won't work against me in selling my place.

Emerald Isle Electric is a family owned business. Laurie the office manager always answers the phone instead of voice response or long wait chat agent.
The technician Dario is professional, highly knowledgeable and courteous. He installed an EV charger, a surge protector and checked the el panel for problems.
We highly recommend Emerald Isle and Dario.
We'd use them again if necessary.

Very highly recommend Emerald Isle Electric. Samantha contacted me promptly and kept me inform on arrival times. Padraic and Nakia were prompt, honest, courteous and personable. They communicated clearly throughout the process of replacing two patio ceiling fans, checking my GFI outlets on the patio and replacing a switch in the garage. All at a very reasonable price. They are very skilled and experienced electricians who completed the work quickly and neatly with a level of service which is refreshing. It was a great experience and Emerald Isle Electric will be my "go to" company in the future.
