Technician David Cole arrived on time, was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my generator and complete the repair. Friendly and efficient service. David said all was covered under the warrantee. I would highly recommend Reliable Power, and David as a top technician. Very satisfied with the work.

David was a professional. He seemed like he knew the generator inside out. Too bad there was no specific diagnostic result except for changing out the outdated remote system unit, which was somewhat costly. David was courteous as well.

This a review of Reliable Power Systems employee Thomas Dolan who not only is a hard worker, but a cool guy! During the install of our Standby Koehler Power Generator, they “discovered” a gas leak! And Tom was the one who had to endure the thorns of a Holly Bush that was “guarding” the Propane Tank entry in order to turn off the valve! We had to have a new Propane Tank installed, which took a long time, which halted Reliable’s progress which left the grounds unfinished. However, in the end, it was Tom who repaired our pavers walkway and removed a large cement slab left from the removal of the previous Generator! Thanks again Tom!

Jayden was professional, polite and very easy to communicate with. He is knowledgeable of the process. furthermore he was very efficient.

We encountered a power outage during a recent storm, which caused our generator to come on and power the house. Once the power was restored by FPL, our generator continued running and did not transfer to the off position. After contacting Reliable during this time, I was instructed how to turn off the generator and reset the unit so that the power switched over to FPL. Today a technician visited our property and was able to find the problem and resolve the issue. Reliable was extremely responsive and understanding and took care of the issue as quickly as possible, much quicker than I anticipated. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and personable and answered any questions I had going forward and hopefully not to experience this issue again. This company is definitely 10 out of 10.

Professional, courteous, and patient! All my electrical work was done in a timely manner, and Jhon was very accommodating when I needed him to come back a second day to finish up some additional plumbing work. I really appreciated his reliability and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Dave was exceptional. Checked out my generator thoroughly and was on time and very professional. Really great system. Never have had a problem. Needed a new battery and he handled everything while he was here. Great guy and great company.

Cesar did an excellent job. Not only did he look at the primary issue. He also asked questions about other issues that we might have. He resolved out all problems. His work was done very cleanly. He cleaned all the area when he was done.

Be aware of their fees! I had a maintenance agreement with this company. The company office called me to set up a service appointment because my generator stopped working. It turned out that my battery needed to be replaced. Their technician, Frank Loforte, extremely rude and unprofessional, demanded to pay a trip fee because it was recommended to replace the generator battery in the near future during their last visit. So he decided it was an unnecessary trip. When I disagreed with his opinion he wished me luck finding someone else to service my generator and hung up the phone. Next the office charged my credit card with the trip fee without any authorization. In the beginning they assure you that their maintenance plan takes care of everything. But later you find out there are hidden fees that a mean and disrespectful technician can impose on you at his discretion. Be careful with this extortionist!

We again had a red light signal appear on our newly installed generator. Last month we had a service call and they said someone turned off the gas valve and that’s why a red light appeared.
This month we also had a red light appear. We just had a service call. The lead technician, David Cole and his assistant, Landon were the first people from this company that did a thorough inspection of our generator. David and Landon explained what was wrong and how to remedy this problem. David said that there is no natural gas getting back to the generator. The original installer and last months service man should have known this.
David also mentioned having our generator monitored. I said I thought that was already part of our service. It was not. David and Landon installed a monitor this afternoon.
It’s amazing how informative these two technicians were. I just wish we could request David and Landon as our permanent service technicians.

The technician was well versed in the field and very collected in his approach. He presented all the options and the pros and cons. He finished the work quick and tested it multiple times to ensure quality.

I am thinking about converting to a gas cooktop and Cesar came out to see what I am working with in my kitchen. Cesar was great and friendly. Waiting on estimate to see what the job will cost and make my decision. I was surprised that I had to pay consultation fee, which the young lady I made the appt with did not tell me about! But overall still a good experience!
