I cannot recommend Maison Maids enough. They were so efficient, and my apartment looked better after they left than it did when we moved in!

Very disappointed with this business! Starting off, they hire people who don't speak any english... yet still expect us to be able to communicate with them appropriately. This leads to them ruining clothing, which we explicitly told them not to wash several times, yet they don't seem to care. Claudia, the person who arranges everything, and communicates with the customer through text, gets very defensive about their business and doesn't apologize nor tries to work out a solution for a dissatisfied customer, instead she charges double the amount and defends her decision with lame excuses like: "it's because you have a dog." Which we've had all along... the overall message to take away from all of this is DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!! You'll end up paying too much for your own dissatisfaction.

They have worked for me for over three years. They are always on time and do an excellent job. They are in an out and my home is clean from top to bottom! Thank you Maison Maids!

I’ve read all the reviews and I’m not sure what the 1 star ratings are about. My experience has been nothing but exceptional. I moved to Boca Raton in December of 2017 and needed a cleaning service. MM not only was referred to me by my building but they also have the contract for the building common areas. I figured if the building vetted them and had nothing but good reviews then I would be comfortable giving them a try. I used MM for over a year and, as in any service business you develop a relationship. In my experience, Claudia listened to what I needed and accommodated all of my nuanced requests. I travel a lot and they are very flexible with our schedule. They have always been able to clean within a day or two of my requested time. They are 100% trustworthy and spend a lot of attention to the detail. MM accepts payment through Venmo so it’s super convenient to pay them even when I’m out of town. I would definitely give them an opportunity to clean your home and see for yourself.

We moved to Singer Island about a year and a half ago and were referred to Maison Maids by my daughter. We live in a 2-bedroom condo and our monthly cleaning is always more than satisfactory. The Maison team is always reliable and does a stellar job. We also trust them implicitly.

We have two condos in South Florida and use Maison Maids to clean them. The maids are professional, trustworthy and pay close attention to details. My bathrooms and the kitchen are my areas that I stress attention too. These areas are meticulously cleaned. I recommend the service of Maison Maid without reservation.

I’ve been using Maison Maids for almost 8 years now because they are courteous, reliable and trustworthy. I never have to worry about leaving my home when they are present , which is very important to me. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and very organized. The business experiences high turnover but is constantly trying to train new staff to meet the needs of clients. Cleaning services are good and the staff tries to accommodate any special requests.

BEST CLEANING COMPANY OUT THERE! They go above and beyond ALWAYS!! My husband and I just bought a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Virginia and did not have the time to give this house the TLC it deserved before moving in so, we decided to hire Masion Maids to do a full deep clean after hearing about them from a friend Who swears by them. I was initially Apprehensive to hire an apprehensive to hire a company who was based out of Florida because I wasn’t sure if they would be willing to come up this way however they made it happen and I must say it was well worth the money I spent. After they finished I was amazed. I’ve never experienced a more thorough cleaning job. My home looks like I’ll never have to clean it again. At the very least I definitely won’t need to do a deep clean for at least a year. I would never hire another cleaning company and neither should you! Masion Maids is the only choice hands down! They were fast, thorough, meticulous, and very professional. From scheduling to completion the whole experience was pleasant. 27/10!!!

I had somehow of a disappointing experience with previous cleaning companies prior to meeting MM. My husband and I tend to travel frequently, hence the need to have a trustworthy help you can rely on. They look after my home on weekly basis as if it were their own. One time my sliding door wasn’t locked properly. They made sure to lock it and asked that I’m careful next time. We also have pets, they’re very kind and careful when it comes to our fur babies’ safety. Last but not least, they make our place look like a getaway hotel room, spotless and so well put!!! Happy to work with them and hope to continue to do so for many years to come.

Maison Maids were great! The cleaning crew were so friendly and accommodating. They were meticulous, thorough and made our house sparkle! The main office staff was easy to work with and it was easy to book the appointment.
